Ron and Kris Kinner
About Ron and Kris Kinner
Ron and Kris Kinner, Kris and I purchased this historic property in 2013. We are both retired, Kris from 35 years of teaching special ed, and me from 32 years with Farm Credit in Yuma, Arizona. After I retired in June of 2014. We decided to move to Prescott, where Kris was born, and live on this beautiful historic property. Much work was to be done to turn it into what it is today. After Several years of determination and hard work we live in what we call a little slice of heaven and are excited to share it with our guests. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in agronomy an Kris has her masters degree from Prescott College in psychology. We both are very artistic and that shows up in our home and the vacation rentals.

Thanksgiving in Prescott
Cold and gray outside but inside our beautifully restored casita it was wonderful. Listed on the National Historic Register. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Great neighborhood.
As always our stay with Ron and Kris is wonderful. The facility is beautiful the town is gorgeous and our stay is always spectacular
I didn't expect the property to live up to all the glowing reviews 100%, but it did. The interior is lovely, immaculate, and comfortable, and the location is convenient to walk to grocery, restaurants and downtown.
Hosts and hound are friendly and there if you have a question.
We enjoyed having you stay with us! We hope that you will come stay with us again!

Great hosts and lovely home walking distance to Whiskey Row. Will definitely be back!
Ron and Kris are excellent hosts! Home is beautiful and well maintained. Lovely property
The Tri-plex apartment is the best place to stay in Prescott!
This is our fourth stay at this beautiful property. We love its location because you can walk downtown. The owners are wonderful people who have artistically designed the apartment and grounds. We enjoy the many restaurants, hiking trails and activities that happen in the Prescott area. You’re also close to other interesting areas such as Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Fort Verde and Cottonwood. We still have many things we want to see in the area and of course we’re staying at the Tri-plex!
Very comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment, with everything needed for a relaxing weeklong stay (or longer). Super clean too, and filled with complimentary spa products and treats from local merchants. The perfect home away from home.
Located 3 blocks from downtown. 7-10 minute walk.
Several museums of interest in area.
Prescott is a music town. Many musicians play in establishments downtown.
Many hiking and biking trails in area. Summer time need to be aware of snakes on trails.
Several lakes in area. With winter rains they are all full. Watson lake has kayak and paddle board rentals.
Lots historic bars downtown.
