Comfortable duplex house of 76 m2, wooden floors, double glazed windows, magnificent views of the port of Portixol and the bay of Palma. Privileged location 2 minutes from the beach Portixol, 5 minutes by bus to the city center. From the house to the bus, 2 minutes walk. Distribution: first floor: balcony overlooking the harbor, spacious living room, a toilet, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave), TV with satellite channel ASTRA, wifi. Second floor: double bedroom, double bed, bathroom, air conditioning cold / heat, heating: 2 thermal emitters. 5 m2 terrace. with splendid views to the port and the bay of Palma, house with private entrance without community of neighbors. Suitable for the whole year, it is rented only for short season (minimum ONE MONTH) or long duration. It is not rented for days or weeks.

The location of the house is optimal to reach any point on the island.

First line Portixol and 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach, with showers and no tourist crowds.

The Portixol is located in an old and small fishing port. Currently one of the most privileged areas of Palma, where you will find exclusive seafood restaurants, nice cafes with terraces overlooking the sea, supermarket, pharmacy, shops. A place of relaxation, with an immense maritime pedestrian promenade (more than 20 km.) Where cycling, skating, jogging, fishing, or simply strolling contemplating the sunsets under its romantic light of this privileged place.

Car: unnecessary. Easy and free parking.

The Cathedral and old town of Palma, 10 minutes by bus. The sandy beach of Portixol, one minute walk from the house. The airport by car, 10 minutes.

Great Location and views

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the local area, by either walking, cycling or catching the local bus into the City centre.

The apartment is very well equipped and very clean and functional, despite being fairly small, but comfortable enough for a couple. The stairs are quite steep, from the street to the lounge / kitchen and up to the bedroom, but these were not a problem for us, but should be considered when booking.

There are some excellent restaurants, all within walking distance, however, the apartment is fully equipped for all of your day to day, washing, there is even a tumble dryer, should you need it

We had a problem free stay, and thoroughly enjoyed the location and it's surroundings, " sundowners" on the balcony early evening, watching the world go by was one of the highlights for us.

Lovely apartment with wonderful views

This is a great apartment which has the key benefit of a fabulous location on the best bay of Portixol with views towards the city of Palma, and across the marina. Sunsets are amazing from the balcony on the top floor and it's a great place to watch the world go by and take in the atmosphere of the area. The apartment itself is a perfect home from home and is very well equipped with everything you would need (if I was being picky I would add a DVD player, satellite TV and wifi would be a good addition but we used Maria's wifi dongle for emailing and this worked with no problems). The kitchen is great for cooking in the evening with all you need to be quite adventurous (there's also a gas hob which made us very happy!). Maria rented us bicycles which I would recommend since the cycle and running path just outside the apartment takes you all the way into town or for miles in the opposite direction and is by far the best way to get around. The shower is also very good- powerful and always with plenty of hot water. We loved the feel that this is a traditional mallorcan house with a contemporary interior and would definitely return to stay again. Thanks Maria for your kindness!

Loved it!

We loved every minute of our stay in Maria's apartment and felt very much at home - it is more like a little house with its own front door! It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean with a good shower room and kitchen - we cooked some great meals here when not enjoying the local bars and restaurants. Bed was a bit on the small side but this is a minor quibble. Great 'people watching' from the balcony and fabulous views and sunsets - wish I was there! We'll be back....

Perfectly located apartment

This is a beautifully appointed and well equiped apartment located directly opposite the harbour in Portixol. The views from the small balcony are spectacular and perfect for a spot of people watching over a glass of wine on a balmy evening. The apartment is around the corner from a clean and safe beach which was relatively quiet during the week and Maria kindly supplies beach umbrellas which provided a welcome relief from the September sun. There are a number of charming local bars and restaurants within a very short walk from the apartment catering for various tastes and pockets. A 25 minute walk takes you into the centre of Palma and all the historic buildings and smart shops the city has to offer. We had a wonderful stay in Portixol and I would recommend the location and apartment without hesitation.

The apartment was great for a couple, my husband and I vacationed in Portixol 2- 7 July. Maria (owner) is a nice very person, presented great hospitality. The apartment was centrally located to everything in town, grocery store, restaurants, beach are all within walking distance, car not necessary. The apartment was very nice and clean, maintaned very well, cleaning person comes once a week.

Great boardwalk, perfect for runing, biking, skating, etc and centrally located that you can walk to Palma.

Utencils, linens, pots, pans, towels were all provided

I would recommend this apartment to any couple, I do not recommend to ederly or people with small kids (steep stairs).

I would rent this apartment again if available

Ottimo appartamento su 2 piani, dotato di tutto dalla lavatrice al forno all'asciugatrice. La proprietaria Maria è molto cordiale. L'appartamento si trova di fronte la porto piccolo PORTIXOL quindi comodo per girare tutta l'isola, e circondato dai migliori ristoranti. Nell'appartemento ci sono 2 bagni, tutto pulito e bello !! CONSIGLIATO VOTO 10+
