It is spectacular in the heart of Barrio del Carmen, the most dynamic center of Valencia attic.

The 260 m2 Loft occupies the entire top floor and attic of a renovated building which formerly a residence of the nineteenth century was located, unique architecture makes this loft, one in Valencia.

The penthouse has different heights where they blend harmoniously with different rooms, rooms and spaces. The living room with its large 60 m2 and nine arched windows recovered from the original house makes binding to different environments, on a natural luminosity that expands its white marble surface. The loft has five exterior and bright rooms, equipped to accommodate 10 people can enjoy their spaces and the wonderful terrace of 120 m2 where you can share unique moments.

This elegant penthouse Loft never end to amaze. Located in the Mossen Sorell Market in the heart of Barrio del Carmen, where you can enjoy the modern, cosmopolitan, with intimate places and people. Ideal to wander through its winding streets, where you can discover hidden treasures, theaters, cafes, pubs, clubs, restaurants and shops thousand artists and designers. Valencia is a great city

The terras of this Penthouse is great and big

3 bathrooms is also very convenient with a group of 10 people.

shops are nearby (open also sunday). As said earlier : location is great, only 5min walk from any city centre attraction or metro stop.

easy to take metro from airport to this petnhouse (1 transfer) or taxe for like 15 euro

Große Wohnung in herrlicher Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist großartig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Tolle Tapasbars in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Für 10 Personen ist diese Wohnung allerdings nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Hier ist insbesondere ein offen zugängliches Schlafzimmer ohne Tür zu erwähnen.

Ein anderes Schlafzimmer ist der Durchgang zur Dachterrasse. Ein Bad (WC, Badewanne und Dusche) ist nur durch eine hellhörige Glastür zum Waschbecken und Spiegel getrennt.

Im unteren Bad ist es nicht möglich ohne Überschwemmung zu duschen, was zu einem Aufquellen der Tür geführt hat und diese sich nicht mehr schließen lässt.

Fazit: Es muss schon eine sehr tolerante 10er Gruppe sein, wenn man hier einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte.

Glücklicherweise kennen wir uns seit vielen Jahren und kamen mit diesen Einschränkungen zurecht.

Pleasant stay in Valencia with 8 ladies

The penthouse was nice and big. The only thing was that it looks more beautifull on the pictures than in reel, so in the beginning we were a little bit disappointed. It is not new and some things are broken (door to badroom can not be closed). But the beds were good, living room and kitchen big. We thought the terrace was next to the living room, but it is not. You have to go througt one bedroom to get to the terrace. So in the moring you will have to wait the 2 people who are sleeping there are awake. The terrace is nice, big and lots of space to sit. It is also nice that there is airconditioning. At our stay it was 30 degrees outside.
