Bradley on the Bay is located in Ocean City Maryland on 37th Street. It is one of two condos that feature a boat ramp for its renters, which provides direct access to the bay for excellent flounder fishing and jet skiing. The balcony of this unit provides a breathtaking view of the bay and the balcony also oversees the swimming pool area. Sorry, but we do not rent to High School Seniors.
Bradley on the Bay features outstanding accommodations for travelers that are visiting Ocean City for a conference or special event. This unit is conveniently located within a few blocks of the Convention Center. For travelers that choose to bring a large boat to Ocean City, parking for these vessels is available at the Convention Center. The condominium unit is spacious at 1,100 square feet and provides a magnificent view of the water from the third floor balcony. The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably and includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom houses a queen size bed and single bed. In addition, the living room area features two convertible sofas that can sleep up to four people. The unit also includes an indoor tikki bar/breakfast bar to provide entertainment for guests.
The location offers a myriad of marvelous family attractions and a vibrant nightlife. Jolly Roger’s theme park is only a few blocks away and features miniature golf, a go-cart track, and other fun things for the kids. For the adults, the popular Seacrets nightclub is less than 20 blocks away. This indoor/outdoor nightclub provides an exotic atmosphere that transports you to the tropics of Jamaica.
Once you have decided you would like to book your rental. Go to the Yellow BOOK IT button off to the right. View the dates to see if they are available. Choose your dates and receive a quote. I will respond to your e-mail within 24 hrs. to approve or deny once you have submitted your information. During the peak season I will rent from Saturday to Saturday. During the off season everything is pro rated. Click on the Book It Button and follow directions. There is no deposit but I do require you to pay for the renters insurance. Also on the BOOK IT button, before signing off there is a contract that needs to be downloaded and filled out and mailed to my address which is on the top left of the contract. If you wish not to pay by credit card you can send in a down payment by check or money order but you will then be required to pay a downpayment which is 40% of your total to reserve those dates. This gives you the option to pay either way. Also scroll down to the rate section to view daily and weekly payments for different times of the year along with types of payment.

We choose our place because of it's scenic balcony view and awesome sunsets. We are directly above the pool and have a clear view of the bay. I't s great to go down to the dock to catch minnows, crab and go for a boat ride. We also love that we have the best all u can eat outdoor crab place in ocean city.
The Bay side offers, fishing, boating, jet skiing, swimming and a boat ramp and
gorgeous sunsets. You don't get all that on the Ocean Side. Our condo also offers Wi Fi and is directly next door to the convention center which brings you within walking distance of any big event that takes place at the convention center.
We had a really nice stay at this condo. The living room and kitchen area was quite a bit bigger than I thought it would be. I saw in some of the other comments that the cookware was a bit lacking but we found it to be quite sufficient. I highly recommend staying here.
My family enjoyed the stay at your condo. They view was awesmome. The pool was awesome. The steps were, well steps. No one likes steps but it is on the third floor. We really never checked in with anyone because their wasn't a property manager at the time. Transitions were happening in that week. The key was on the counter of the condo as stated in one of my phone calls to the owner. We never got parking or pool passes but the parking was marked with the condo number. We had gotten the condo number from the contract. We had a third car, which we parked at the convention center. You could see the car from the front door. There was security that you saw walking around. The water pressure was to be desired. The outside furniture was good. The untesils were there but not in the best of shape. We brought some because of having a larger group. Within walking distance of the beach and anything else you would need. We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us.
When we first got here it was like trying to find a needle in the hay stack for the main hot water switch that was hidden behind a picture instead of next to the picture as it's indicated in the paperwork. Then to only find out the very next morning it was no hot water to take showers so we had to use cold water! At the same time we found out that the property is ant infested, has terrible cooking utensils so bring your own if u decide to come here.
The place was nice. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The only suggestions I have is if you are planning on cooking make sure to bring cooking essentials. The utensils for cooking were very bare. Also a little confusing on how we were getting into the building. But overall a wonderful place ans my family had a great time!
First time using the VRBO website and I will say it was quite easy to use. However the property owner was very poor when communicating check-in/out procedures. I was anticipating receiving some type of communication (email, phone call, etc.) on what the check-in procedures were as the date approached. With 2 days until our check-in, I finally called him a few times before actually getting a hold of him, as his voicemail box was full. We were scheduled to get to the property at 9pm on Thursday night. He said the cleaning lady will be there that afternoon to clean the place and the front door would be left unlocked and two keys would be left inside. I responded with, "What if it is not left unlocked?" His response was, "Then get ahold of the property manager and they will get you in."
We arrived at 9pm and the front door was locked. The property manager was gone for the night and there was a check-in form outside of the property managers door with an overnight drop box. On the form it clearly stated, "Absolutely under no circumstance will the Property Manager give keys out!"
I tried to the call the property owner 3 times that night, with no response. Finally, we ended up carding the door, which was embarrassing and not so comforting knowing it was that easy. The door did have a deadbolt lock which provided more security once having the keys to the condo.
Overall, the property was very nice but the way by which we had to gain access to the condo and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism of the property owner left a sour taste in our mouth. Should we had not been able to get into the property that night, this review would be much worse.
I went with 4 of my friends. The place was nice, clean and really close to everything we wanted to go to. You can really walk anywhere and it was nice to be on the bay side and watch the sunsets. Great beaches and great fun.
