Unique end unit - Two Bedroom Two Bath

NOW BOOKING FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON - CALL OR EMAIL FOR RATES!

This amazing two bedroom condo is perfect for two couples who want a little privacy or for a family. There are queen beds and a separate bath in each of the bedrooms plus a full kitchen and living area.

This condo is located on the desirable ground floor and features a double wide beach-facing lanai with patio table to enjoy watching the waves and sunsets. Just steps across the lawn is a sandy quiet beach.

The reef protected surf provides calm waters year round for swimming and snorkeling. There is an awesome array of colorful fish and tropical sea life including the amazing Green Sea Turtles to be seen just a few feet from the shore. There are always shady areas on the beach provided by the large trees nearby if you prefer to be out of the sun. There is also a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off.

Our condo offers all the amenities needed for a great vacation experience. The main bedroom provides a queen bed with new mattress, large dresser, TV, plenty of closet storage space, and a door opening to the lanai with a view of the beach. The bath is recently completely renovated and has a tiled tub/shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, an apt. size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and newly renovated tile shower bathroom.

In the living room is a comfy queen size futon (we've slept on it) with new mattress, TV, DVD, diving table, and additional storage space. There is also a high speed internet connection and WiFi throughout. Ceiling fans provide cooling breezes in both bedrooms and the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation and utensils are also provided to use for grilling outside by the beach. There are beach chairs, towels, and other water toys provided for your use.

Just a minute or two walk up the beach is Ali’i Beach Park where, during the winter months, the first leg of the famous Triple Crown of Surfing Championships is held. Just beyond Ali’i Beach is the Haleiwa Boat Marina. Charter a deep sea fishing trip, rent surf boards, jet skis or a boat, wind-surf, kayak or if you’re adventurous, take the shark expedition for a breathtaking experience.

Historic Haleiwa Town is just a short stroll away where you can browse the boutiques, art galleries, surf shops and local dining establishments as well as enjoy a shave ice at Matsumoto's Store. Grocery stores and banking facilities round out this quaint town.

Don't miss the food trucks at the edge of town which specialize in delectable shrimp plates.

The condo is just minutes driving from hiking areas, Waimea Falls, golfing, horseback riding, the Dole Plantation, Turtle Bay and the Polynesian Culture Center, not to mention the other famous surfing/beach areas: Waimea, Sunset and Banzai Pipeline.

About The Owner

We are from Southern CA and enjoy traveling, sightseeing and all things outdoors.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004

Why The Owner chose North Shore Oahu

We initially bought this condo as an investment for it's beachfront location. But we quickly fell in love with the property and town and now consider it a second home.

What makes this condo unique

Being able to walk right off the lanai to swim, snorkel or kayak is such an advantage and one of our favorite things about this location. We also enjoy being able to walk everywhere. We start every morning when we are there with a circle walk to the local coffee shop then window-shop through the town, watch the boats going in and out of the Marina, surfers and paddlers at the Alii Beach Park, then back along the sand hoping to see Sea Turtles basking in the sun or popping their heads up just off shore.

Perfect stay

  • 5 of 5

This is an amazing property to stay at. The view from the living room and the lanai are great, the beach is a short walk away, and they provide lots of gear for activities. We loved playing at the beach and using the snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The sunsets from the beach were beautiful. I was able to go running in the mornings on the paved path that follows the road and the beach. My teenagers loved not only the beach but also the movies that were available. It is located close to many fun activities but is also in a relaxed and quiet setting. I would love to come back to this place.

OMG!!!

  • 5 of 5

OMG does not really do justice to the Haleiwa Surf, surrounding property & beach.

We needed a place to play, relax, shop and tour. We found it all here on the North Shore.

Thanks to Susan for her professional, yet, Aloha way of taking care that we were informed and educated about the area.

We have a few more days here and have already decided that we WILL be back and stay in the islands longer than 10 days!

I can't say enough about our experience here. I has been a dream come true and we could not have scripted a better scenario for ourselves.

The unit we are in is more than adequate. Not only was it in near spotless condition, it is homy and comfortable. The owners have a must read book about the area and it proved extremely helpful.

Quiet, beachside condo

  • 5 of 5

We just finished a family vacation to the North shore of Oahu, and we chose this condo as our home base. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We even found aloe vera gel, which we didn't think we would need, but definitely did! We spent every morning on the beach. The first day we saw a turtle every 10 minutes or so popping up for air. Our turtle sightings decreased as the waves calmed down, but the water also cleared for better fish viewing. Our kids spent hours playing in the sand, and the water was calm enough for our 6 year old to swim easily. It is directly next to Haleiwa Alii beach park and the harbor. We loved the proximity to all that Haleiwa has to offer (walkable. I would recommend the Coffee Gallery and Opal Thai), and also getting to Honolulu was pretty fast as well (45 minutes). The nieghbors are all very friendly, and for the first time I was able to visit the island without hearing roosters all night ;) It was less than a 15 minute drive to Dole, Waimea bay and falls, sharks cove, and old sugar mill coffee. The only negative I can think of was that the sliding beachside doors don't lock from the outside so when we went to the beach we had to lock up and walk around the building- only a negative due to the total laziness on our part. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a calm, relaxing vacation spot away from the craziness in Honolulu.

Our own private paradise

  • 4 of 5

My family stayed at the Haleiwa Surf in June/July of 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Morning coffee on the beach and sunsets literally footsteps away! Open the patio door, walk through the yard and then your on the beach.

The unit was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, the family room and bedroom was comfortable and the left over beach supplies were an added asset! My daughter and I snorkeled most every day and saw a large variety of fish (as much as Sharks Cove without the crowd) and even swam with the sea turtles! We were fortunate to find them make their way onto the neighboring beach a few different evenings!

We look forward to returning to the Haleiwa Surf and recommend this location to all who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city.
