Stay on Cote D'Azur in Nice, in a beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment located in the heart of the city. The bourgeois style apartment with high ceilings and wood floors, the first floor of a building of Nice is vast, completely renovated and furnished with care.

The two bright large rooms allow comfortable sleeping 5 people. The room has a double bed and a single bed; the living room, a large sofa convertible in bed for 2 / 2m, a table for 6 guests and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped: 4 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine. The bathroom / WC has a bath. Many arrangements are available including a huge wardrobe in the hall.

All roads lead to this apartment ... It is ideally situated whether you come by car, train or plane, its central location is favorable for your arrival but also for all your travel and tourist explorations of the region.

Wonderful apartment ideally located in Nice!

Our family of four from West Virginia, (mom, dad, two college daughters) spent a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, equipped kitchen, coffee maker, washer/dryer, towels, cooking pots, plates, etc.

The one bedroom apartment is spacious with a nice dining table and a daybed that pulls out via a trundle bed to a king. Our daughters slept on the this easily and well. The bedroom has a double or queen bed (not sure which) and a single as well. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept well.

The location is ideal. We walked everywhere. It is a few blocks to the main centre and a short walk to the train station. There is a market across the street where we grabbed sodas and snacks. There are great markets on the main street including open air markets for more cooking.

We took the train to Monaco for the day, and also trained into the Italian Riviera (finale ligure) for a day. Easy, inexpensive, fun.

Finally, working with Pascale was great, she's friendly and responsive and I highly recommend this apartment for your fabulous stay in Nice.

Great appartment ideal base for family holiday

We recently stayed in this appartment with our 2 year old daughter. It was an ideal base for our stay. The appartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. Pascal the owner speaks good English she let us check in early and leave our stuff whilst she was getting it ready. She was very friendly and helpful at recommending places nearby. It was great that even the basics of toilet roll, washing up liquid etc were all provided as you often end up buying all this stuff when staying in an appartment. She provided a travel cot which was great and the bedroom is really big with a double and single bed and still plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything you needed and great to be able to cook if needed. Has bath and shower even though site says it doesn't have a shower. Tv only had French shows but there was a DVD player so that was fine for our daughter and wifi to watch Netflix on laptop etc. It is well situated 10 mins walk from the station (bus 99 from airport) very easy to find and 5 minutes to nearest supermarket. About a 20 min walk to beach but tram stops near by. Various places to eat in a square near by, recommend the pizza van up the street!! Also a park great for children. We travelled to Cannes and Monaco for day trips on the train and this was an ideal base. The only issue we found was the noise in the evenings with one flat having opera singers and another family very noisy above which was a bit frustrating in the evenings when trying to settle our daughter. Aside from this we were very happy with our stay

Great location for visiting Nice

The apartment location is great for visiting Nice. You are within walking distance of Lidls & Carrefour. There is a Turkish butcher/baker/candymaker across the street with other bakeries and shops all within a few blocks. You are a few blocks from the train station & trams. Liberation's street market, which is huge on Saturdays, is just a few blocks away. The apartment has very large rooms and high ceilings. It is equipped with everything you need. It could use a few extra bowls for mixing & storage but I tend to cook a lot when we travel. The double bed is okay not great and the daybed/couch in the living room is not the most comfortable couch. There is TV & Wifi. The WiFi service is okay, you have to keep signing in which can be a hassle but it has a good signal. You are on a very busy street and it can be noisy. It might be a problem at night if you need to leave the windows open for cooling but it does seem to quiet down after 11 or so. There are upstairs neighbors that tended to enjoy listening to the news at 5:30 every morning so there is some noise transfer from neighbors. It took about an hour to get the key for the apartment, even though we got a message to the owner about the time we would arrive. But the street the apartment is located on is a one way, two lane and double parking while we waiting was not a problem. The biggest drawback to the apartment is the parking situation. There is NO parking with the apartment. It would be almost impossible to get parking on the street. We did know this in advance and had planned to use a parking garage just a couple of blocks away. It was advertised on the net and we spoke with the apartment owner about it but when we went there they would not let us park overnight even though we didn't plan to move the car for the week. We wound up using the train station parking which can cost 95 - 110 Euro for a week. That was a bigger hit than the 55 Euro the other garage advertised and was frustrating to say the least. Anyway, we would still recommend the apartment just plan on the extra cost for parking.

Schöner Urlaub-schöne Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann von dort aus alles gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand, den wir sehr oft gegangen sind , führt genau geradeaus durch die Stadt. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht gebraucht. WiFi ist in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden und auch alles andere. Selbst Strandmatten waren vorhanden. Der Verkehr ist vor dem Haus recht laut, aber man kann sich schnell daran gewöhnen. Bei uns war es sehr heiß und deshalb haben wir über Nacht das Wohnzimmerfenster aufgelassen, um zu lüften. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sorgt sich liebevoll.
