The apartment is got a spacious terrace with amazing Sea views, with a table and chairs.

This modern, fully equipped apartment has been finished to a very high standard and has everything to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Not only does every room have sea views but it also has its own private west facing balcony looking directly to the Mar Menor sea where you can watch the sundown accompanied by your favourite drink! It is not often you find properties of this level available for rent in the area. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating to take away the chill of the winter evenings. The development benefits from its own private pool which backs directly onto the beach and Mediterranean sea beyond. Within a short walk there are a number of bars and restaurants to hand - not to mention a supermarket for the basics!

Bonne impression, mais avec des réserves important

Appartement spacieux et propre, pièces de bonnes dimensions (chambres, salles de bains, pièce de vie), bien climatisées.

Equipement inégal, parfois vieilli (mobilier de terrasse, ustensiles de cuisine), disparate (vaisselle) ou hors d'état (bouilloire).

Bonne réception WI-Fi, mais mauvaise réception télé (malgré un bel appareil): captation mauvaise par l'antenne, images discontinues par la W-FI, pas de réception satellite.

Terrasse avec belle vue sur la mer, les couchers de soleil, mais inutilisable de 17h à 20 h, car en plein soleil sans moyens de protection.

Piscine agréable, mais en partie à l'ombre l'après-midi (bassin pour enfants).

Plage de sable toute proche, descendant très, très, très lentement, ce qui est bien avec des enfants petits, moins agréable quand on veut nager.

La Manga offre un spectacle magnifique avec des mers de chaque côté (même si la Mar Menor est très polluée), mais par ailleurs désolant sur le plan de l'urbanisme (véritables ZUP pour touristes, un peu comme à Bénidorm). En juin, la fréquentation était faible, mais en été, ce doit être invivable

( surpopulation, embouteillages..)

Un couac le dernier soir: ayant fermé la porte en laissant les 2 clés à l'intérieur,

nous en avons obtenu une 3ème du propriétaire. Mais en rentrant du restaurant, malgré des essais répétés, nous n'avons pu ouvrir cette porte que les uns et les autres avaient ouverte sans problème pendant deux semaines avec les autres clés. Le serrurier que nous avons appelé n'a pas eu plus de succès avec la 3ème clé, mais a réussi à ouvrir la porte pour un coût très très conséquent. Le propriétaire ensuite nous a affirmé que, le lendemain, il avait pu ouvrir la porte avec la 3ème clé qui ne fonctionnait pas la veille. N'est-ce pas bizarre ?

En conclusion, malgré les atouts de cet appartement, mais du fait de certains défauts que j'ai signalés au propriétaire, je n'en conseillerais pas la location, à moins d'avoir la certitude que des améliorations ont été apportées et d'aimer en été le fourmillement de vacanciers et les bouchons.
