Ideal for a quiet holiday, isolated from external noise. It has all appliances and utensils. Any new. Have a garage in basement. The complex has 4 swimming pools and 2 paddle courts, and is very quiet. You can easily walk to supermarkets and other shops, banks, restaurants, beaches, marina, golf. It is perfect for family holidays.

Very good stay

For our holiday we stayed three weeks in this apartment. It is clean, provided with all kinds of comforts and it is roomy enough to live there comfortably with four adults. The correspondence with the owners is via mail which goes very well. The owners did everything in their power to make it as comfortable as possible for us. The apartment looks great and is ideal if you don't want to live in a typical holiday resort!

Lovely clean new apartment

We had a lovely two week stay with my 3 year old son. The apartment felt very new and was very well furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very helpful in arranging airport transfers as we did not want to hire a car. The beach is easy to get to and we found it quite spacious and visited it most days. The swimming pool at the apartment was also frequented most days and very rarely had more than 2 or 3 people around it which made it quite peaceful.

Overall is was a lovely family break.

Very nice week

We (a couple, age: mid-twenty) had a wonderful week this september. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We didn't hear many noise from the neighbours. The whole complex was very beautiful and not crowded. The flat is located on the first floor so that the balcony is not that visible. You have a well equiped kitchen and bedroom, a nice living room with tv and a dvd-player, one bathroom with a shower and one with a bath tub. But you need to bring some towels, because there are only two available.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and answered quickly to our questions. Furthermore the garage was useful for our rented car. Sabinillas has a very nice beach, so we had a wonderful holiday.

Supermooi vakantiehuis

Het vakantiehuis was erg mooi. We zijn er 3 weken geweest met 4 volwassenen. Het is voorzien van alle comfort, zoals wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkijzer, enz. Het vakantiehuis is netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en zullen je bij alles helpen per mail. Alles zag er als nieuw uit. Het appartement is dicht bij het strand en er zit een grote supermarkt om de hoek. Het is mogelijk om internet te ontvangen, echter is dit wel alleen dicht bij het zwembad (vanaf het terras van het appartement is er ook bereik). Voor de mensen die van cultuur houden is een huur auto aan te raden. Het complex is voorzien van een ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Dit huis is zeker een aanrader!

Ideal for family holidays.

Located in the town of Sabinillas, Manilva coastal area, next to the marina Duquesa Golf Duquesa and Sabinillas promenade. It is a gated and very quiet tropical gardens urbanization, four pools and two paddle courts, in the urban core and you can easily walk to supermarkets, beach, marina, golf course, restaurant area, medical services, banking, etc. In the immediate surroundings to visit is Casares, Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Tarifa (windsurfing paradise), natural cork Park (great for hiking), Ronda (for a rich rutística visit) or Bologna, with its ruins Roman Baelo-Claudia, and one of the best beaches in Spain. A one hour is Malaga airport and 25 min. Gibraltar Airport.

The beaches that are accessible on foot are great, cataloged blue flag, and spacious for long walks on the beach or sunbathing pleasantly sipping a beer with malaqueñas sardines in any of its bars. A few minutes you also can enjoy many coves with clear water, as the Sardine Creek or Punta Chullera, ideal for snorkeling.

The apartment has air conditioning and is furnished with all appliances including dishwasher and cooking utensils. Includes garage in basement. It has a large terrace facing south-east overlooking the gardens and pool.
