This self contained apartment is 1 of 5, set back from the road in a Courtyard setting with off road parking, own entrance and patio.

Communal laundry with drying areas, garden and wi-fi. Each has fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board.

Welcome tray of tea, coffee, sugar, milk.

The lounge area has sofa bed,armchair,dining table,chairs and flat screen TV.

Literature/Brochures, Maps of local attractions.

Separate bedroom with twin or double bed 2, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer. Bathroom with either bath or shower. All bed linen provided, made up fresh for arrival - changed weekly, towels can be hired.

Cots, highchairs inclusive if required, extra guest bed if needed.

Storage heaters inclusive in winter months.

Short breaks or Longer stays are available out of summer season Oct to May.Stay 4 weeks pay only for 3..

Bay Tree House is in a superb location and was created by Malcolm and Jacqui in 1993, we live on site, personally dealing with changeovers and will assure you of a very warm, friendly welcome and ensure that you have a great holiday.

Having lived in Devon for 40 years, we have lots of local knowledge which we will be pleased to pass on to you if you require.

We are a family run business living on site Our accommodation offers good,very clean standards and is in a prime situation being 5 minutes level walk to the sea-front with local shops 5 minutes in the opposite direction.

Local bus stops and train station,Torre Abbey Gardens,tea room,pitch and putt,Riviera Centre with indoor Pool are within walking distance.Cockington Village and country park is a must see and a lovely stroll through countryside or 5 minutes in a car.

We do aim to please our Guests who are very important to us we took over the business on 29th July 2014 and looking forward to meeting all the returning guests and new guests who will come to stay with us and welcoming you to bay tree house.Paul and I hope you enjoy your stay with us and will do our best to make your holiday in Torquay a wonderful time to look back on and hopefully you will like the changes we have made to make your stay more comfortable

The sea-front/beach of Torre Abbey Sands is short walk 400metres away with Historic Mansion Torre Abbey and tea rooms,ancient ruins, tropical greenhouse and splendid gardens is just a shortl walk. The English Riviera Conference Centre with Indoor Swimming Pool is within easy walking distance, having Tennis Courts, Pitch & Putt, Crazy Golf and Bowls within their grounds

.Local convenience store,take-aways and shops are a short walk. Torquay Railway Station is within easy walking distance,with the Coach Station nearby, local buses stop 200 metres away in Walnut Road.

Princess Theatre is just along the sea-front opposite Rock Walk with its splendid viewing platform with fantastic views across to Brixham and beyond. The Harbour is a little further on where you can take Geopark sightseeing boat trips to Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth,view beautiful South Devon coastline before landing at Greenway where you can visit the National Trusts Agatha Christie House/Gardens. South Devon.

Cockington Country Park takes you back in time and is well worth a visit,take a horse and trap ride to it for a lovely Devon Cream Tea in peaceful surroundings.
