Its excellent location in Alicante city center and next to the beach Postiguet make this house very good choice for your holiday whether for a getaway with friends like family. Moreover, it is a good time to wander and forget about the car.

From the balcony you can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and within minutes a swim at sunset on the beach.

The amenities of the house are very satisfactory, since they were taken into account every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All new and refurbished. It offers Internet access and satellite TV channels (ASTRA + HOTBIRD)

Alicante has a golf course in San Juan beach (just 4 km from the apartment) connected by tram and bus. And another nearby golf course in Bonalba.

In Benidorm there are several amusement parks 'Terra Mitica', Aquapark and Terra Natura.

The local train station or 'El Trenet' communicating with Benidorm is just 50 meters away so it has excellent communications.

Must see also Las Salinas de Santa Pola is a marvel to watch flamingos in autumn season. This population is only 20 km and there are several buses a day.

For hikers Alicante has a wonderful near the capital in the Sierra de Aitana in Alcoy landscapes.

In the city of Alicante sightseeing tour it is very interesting because it has castles museums and churches with great works of art. Besides its promenades and harbor make the city a good choice for leisure and engaging activities for the traveler.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, drums and cutlery. It has modern appliances: ceramic hob and microwave, with table for 4 people. The refrigerator with freezer on top. It has a washing machine. The living room has two sofas of three and two seats, furniture bar and table of 110 cm in diameter for 4 or 6 people. New LCD TV and split air conditioning hot and cold. There is also satellite TV with international channels from Europe and other countries. The complete bathroom with shower cabin. The comfortable, sunny and airy rooms. The mattresses and tapiflex are new. With possibility of parking space. NOTE: The apartment is very well located, near the historic center of the city. It is sunny and bright, all exterior. It occupies the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. This aspect must be taken into account especially for the elderly with mobility problems.

Everything in this apartement was exactly what is promised and even more.The location is just great, near everything and next to the fine beach Postique. The owner, Francesc, is the most helpful and trustworthy person and he really made us feel welcome.

Highly Recommend

We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment and it was just as described. Spotlessly clean, modern, extremely comfortable mattresses and well equipped with even a shopping trolley which we found very useful to go to the large hypermarket at the Plaza Mar 2, 10 mins walk away, to get our bottled water and wine etc. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the quieter end of the beach is just across the road. Just a 10 minute walk and you are in the town centre or there is a very frequent bus service if you prefer. We were disappointed to find that the tram line which runs along the sea front is no longer used and also the station, the blue building you can see in the photo which is just across the road is also no longer in use, however the nearest tram stop is just a couple of minutes further along the road and we used this to go to Benidorm on one of the days which was very cheap and comfortable. Both Francesc and his wife greeted us on arrival, showed us all round the apartment and gave us a map and some good advise. Francesc also very kindly booked us a taxi back to the airport with a company he knows well and they were exactly on time, helpful and friendly. This is a lovely area which we will definitely return to, the apartment is very well situated which we would also return to so book with confidence and enjoy.

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view

We have just had a 5 night stay over in Alicante in this lovely apartment. It is located in a quiet end of town, but not more than 500m from the old town centre.

We had daily morning walks at the beautiful beach, which is only 5 min walk away.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and had all we needed. There was a little balcony with morning sun, where we could enjoy the spectacular view

All in all a wonderfull stay

nous avons passés 15 jours dans cet appartement magnifique, tel que décrit le propriétaire Fransesc, très sympa. appartement très bien situé a quelques pas de la plage, du centre commercial de tout....nous avons utilisé la voiture que 2 fois pour se rendre dans les villes à proximité. nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette ville "Alicante". et nous pensons fortement y retourné.

It is located in the heart of Alicante at 50 meters from the Playa del Postiguet. At about 400 meters from the City of Alicante and historical center of the city, walk the Esplanade and marina. The old town consists of the Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara Castle, the church of Santa Maria and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. Also close to the archaeological museum MARQ, Contemperáneo Art Museum, the museum Gravina and archaeological remains of the city. No vehicle is necessary for the visit, just a pleasant walk.

The flat is very well connected to the beach of San Juan and El Campello with tram and bus services 21 and 22. A mere 50 meters away is the station FEVE narrow gauge railway, which connects the capital with the northern coastal populations: Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Teulada-Moraira and Denia.

About 200 m shopping center (Plaza Mar 2) with Auchan, Cinebox and all kinds of shops.
