A very spacious and bright three-bedroom penthouse self-catering apartment in a new block (completed in 2011). The block is located on a quiet residential street in the outskirts of Mosta. The property is fully air conditioned, finished to high standard and offers guests a superb level of comfort. The open plan living area includes a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The living area is also equipped with digital TV and a DVD/Blu Ray player. The master bedroom is large, and has its own private terrace. It also has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is also a separate main bathroom with large bath with shower. This light and airy apartment benefits from a large front terrace, overlooking Mosta and its famous Dome, containing outside table and chairs, parasol and gas BBQ. This is an excellent base for exploring the island of Malta from a central location.

There is ample parking outside of the property. However should guests not hire a car, the local area is well served with a number of bus routes that stop within about 100 metres of the property. Those buses are an excellent way to travel around parts Malta and very regular services run all day.

A local property manager lives a short distance away and will welcome guests to the property and deal with any initial queries that may arise. The property manager speaks, Maltese, English and Italian.

Notre séjour à Mosta a été très agréable. C'est un très bon emplacement pour visiter l'île de Malte (nous avions loué une voiture). L'appartement est super ! Comme sur les photos. La terrasse avec le barbecue est vraiment bien et a permis de se poser et de passer des soirées super agréables ! l'appartement est super bien équipé et très fonctionnel, on est comme à la maison ! La communication avec Moira était très facile. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

A fantastic place to stay

The appartment is fully equipped and everything you need is there - given the many opportunities to find a food place around we were just using glasses. It really is situtated in a quiet area of this buzy city. The view (on one side the Naxxar dome on the other Mdina, in the middle the rotunda) is as fantastic as it can be seen in the photos in the appartment description. Everything is very modern spacy and in good maintained, but even for 2 people you don't feel lost. It is really a luxury situation to have 2 bathrooms available. We had a rented car and no problem to find a parking space close to the appartment (which is not the case for other places closer to the center of Mosta!). Supermarkets (open 7am-9pm) are around the corner. Walking distance to the dome is 15 minutes. Bus connections to Valletta are perfect, just consider that the last bus at night leaves Valletty at 10:30pm. A highly recomendable place to stay in Malta.

A wonderful place to stay with a awesome view at the Mosta dome from the balcony. We spend the most of the evenings on the balcony enjoying the BBQ and the view. The penthouse is fantastic with a lot of space. And everything you need for your stay is there. We had a terrific time and recommend this penthouse for your stay in Malta. It is central on the island, so you can travel easy to everything. The bus stop is around the corner with busses to several destinations. And we really compliment the host Moira and her husband for the hearty welcome we had at the penthouse.

Stunning apartment with first class views ...

We stayed here as a group of 5 people and were amazed at how stunning the views were - with the beautiful Mosta Dome (which is actually closer than it appears in the pics on the website) and the ancient capital Mdina also in the distance. This is a modern and stylish property in a quiet part of Mosta and is perfectly situated to explore the whole Island as it is about half way between Birzebuggia and Melleiah and just a short journey to the main road across the centre of the island. We will certainly be back again and again and the owner Moira could not be more helpful.

Excellent stay

Spacious penthouse very well furnished and located in the middle of the Island arround 30 minutes by car to everywhere. The landlord Moira has been in closer contact with us answering very quickly and clear our questions. Malta in an amazing country with a long history and very good beachs.

Moderne und ruhige Loft-Ferienwohnung

Ich und meine Frau haben uns in dieser ruhigen, sehr modern eingerichteten, sehr hellen und großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und dort 4 Nächte ausgezeichnet geschlafen.

Die Räume sind alle linear angeordnet mit einem ca. 30 m (!) langen Flur.

Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber auch mit 6 Personen lässt es sich sicher gut aushalten in diesem schönen Loft mit 270° Weitblick über die Stadt Mosta bis zur Medina.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber, neuwertig und funktionieren.

In der modernen Einbauküche ist alles da, was man so zum Kochen benötigt.

Highlight war unser tägliches Frühstück auf der Dachterasse in der wärmenden Frühstückssonne mit Spiegeleiern in maltesischem Olivenöl ... ;-).

Die Insel lässt sich vom zentral gelegenen Mosta aus sehr gut erkunden.

Die Vermieterin Moira ist ein herzlicher Mensch, völlig unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig.

Für die glatte Abwicklung und sehr gute Kommunikation per E-Mail (auf Englisch) noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön aus Berlin an Moira!

Very nice property with beautiful view

Very clean property in a new building, well-maintained, very well decorated.

We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the terrace, and the view over the city. It was easy to communicate with Moira by email or phone. She was very kind and did all her best when we had a problem while we were leaving to the airport. Mosta is very central in Malta ans it's convenient to visit the island. Supermarkets are very close to the flat. You can park easily in the street (free). We really enjoyed our stay in this property. I really recommend it.

The property is located in Mosta, a town geographically situated in the centre of Malta. It is an ideal location from which to explore the entire island and the smaller sister islands of Gozo and Comino. As well as being a thriving town Mosta itself is the home of the famous Rotunda of St Marija Assunta which boasts the third largest unsupported dome in the world and is well worth a visit. The terrace of the property overlooks the dome, which is often spectacularly lit at night. The very popular and critically acclaimed Ta’ Marija restaurant is also located in the town, a short walk from the property.

The list of local attractions or activities in Malta is endless. Those looking for sun and beaches will enjoy Golden Bay, Bugibba, and Ghadira amongst many others. Those who wish to explore timeless towns and cities will love Valletta and Mdina, with their classic architecture and wonderful views. Those wishing to travel a little further afield will enjoy the sister islands of Gozo and Comino, and there is also a regular catamaran service to Sicily (approximately 90 minutes journey time). Normal consumption of water, electricity and gas included in price. Abnormal usage will incur extra charges.

The air conditioning systems in the living/dining area and the bedrooms are metered and guests will be required to pay any costs for air conditioning usage before leaving the property. Payment should be made in cash to the local property manager.

We are required by the Malta Tourism Authority to charge an Environmental Contribution for every stay at our property after 1 June 2016. This is paid by us to the Department of Inland Revenue. The charge is calculated as Euro 0.50 per person (over the age of 18) per night, up to a maximum of Euro 5 per person. This is NOT included in the rental amount and an invoice will be issued to guests for this contribution. THIS IS TO BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required to secure your booking with the full balance due six weeks before arrival. Where booking less than six weeks before arrival the full rental is due immediately.

A refundable security / breakages deposit of Euro 250 is payable at the same time as the full balance. It will be returned after the end of the holiday assuming there are no breakages.
