The cottage is situated 3 kms from the beaches of Tronoën and Torche famous for surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing, but also in the countryside in a hamlet of about twenty houses.
For lovers of old stones and history, the cottage is close to the hiking trail of 3 chapels (St. Evy, Tronoën and St-Vio), the famous Calvary Tronoën is 2 kilometers (guided tours every day during the summer.)

The house is a traditional Breton cottage from the beginning of the Twentieth century, it was renovated in 2011.
On the ground floor there are two main rooms including a kitchen with worktop and dining area, and a living room with a table and seating area. Also on the ground floor toilet and bathroom with shower. A highchair is available on request.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140/190 dimensions) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140/190 dimensions), with a small bed (90/190) and a drawer bed ( 90/190). There is also available a cot (60/120) on request.
A small garden is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
