On the 5th floor of a quiet building, you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Located in West Nice, near the Radisson Blue on the Promenade des Anglais, this vacation rental is only 3 km from the airport and 5 km from the station.

A cozy apartment decorated with care: All the comfort you want for your holiday awaits you in this charming apartment. The kitchen, fully equipped, includes a microwave and a dishwasher. A fondue set, waffle and a yogurt maker are at your disposal. The dining room accommodates 4 people for dinner with friends or family. The room has a double bed 160x200 to ensure a restful sleep. No need to take charge of towels or linen because they are provided. This charming apartment is non smoking. Children are welcome, but our pets are not accepted. Outside, you can relax on the terrace or enjoy the bowling green.

Very nice, clean, close to airport and on line for quick bus to old town

Clare was very nice, provided good customer service and had everything in the condo that she offered and we needed. Property was spacious, clean, secure with parking. It was very easy to find and get back to after our day trips. Highly recommend it as a home base to explore Provence and the Cote d'Azur. Parking for one car was great and secure. If you're a runner, you're seconds away from the beach front promenade that offers endless running or walking opportunities. Good find......

Great Apartment

Great apartment, fully furnished and a kitchen with every imaginable utensil ever needed. Parking onsite, small grocery store right next door. From my viewpoint the location was excellent even though one would need to take a bus or drive and park to visit city center, which was easy. But the location was away from the large crowds and relatively quiet.

Just across the road from the promenade.

Good advice on local transport etc given by owner.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful sea view

The location was perfect for the beach only 300 yards away and for hopping on and off local buses into the centre of NIce and also to the many villages and towns in the surrounding mountains of the South of France.

The view from the balcony over the bay to the Port of Nice was fantastic. The facilities within the apartment catered for all your holiday needs. The apartment was very well maintained and clean.

We would most certainly recommend the apartment to family and friends and hope that we will be able to visit again at some time in the future..

Overall Nice was a fantastic place to holiday in the South of France with so many restaurants, bars and things going on there is something for everyone.

1 Woche Auszeit im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Alles ist vorhanden - auch alles für den Strand! Es gibt Rolläden so dass man ruhig schlafen kann.

Selbstversorgung fällt leicht, da an der nächsten Ecke ein Carrefour Markt und eine Bäckerei ist.

Sehr schön ist der Blick aufs Meer und in wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade und Bushaltestellen.

Vom Flughafen bis zur Wohnung / Haltestelle Saint Helene Promenade sind es wenige Haltestellen.

Außerhalb vom Flughafengelände fahren mehrere Busse die Promenade entlang.

Den Flughafenfbus Nr. 98 für € 6,00 braucht man nicht.

Für 1 Woche lohnt sich das Wochenticket für € 15,00 oder die 10er Karte für € 10,00.

Man kann die Karten gleich am Flughafen kaufen.

Ganz in der Nähe ist das Einkaufszentrum Cap 2000 mit einem super Lebensmittelmarkt Lafayette. (Bus 52)

Die Umgebung läßt sich gut mit Bussen, Tram erkunden.

Die anderen Orte sind am besten und am schnellsten mit der Bahn erreichbar.
