What is your vision of a memorable stay in beautiful Moab, Utah? This 2017 newly constructed ground level condominium unit, just 5 minutes out of town (and from the nearest grocery store), will help you get there. My unit is outfitted to comfortably sleep 8 or 9 people because it's important to me that you get a great night's sleep. You will need to feel refreshed and energized in the morning to get all that single track mountain biking, hiking and rafting done during your stay in Moab!
The open floor plan of my condo lends to a feeling of spaciousness and has been well thought out and furnished to provide convenience and comfort for all. Two full baths and extra mirrors in each of the three bedrooms help your group to get ready quickly for their full day of fun in the sun!
And if it is your preference to save money on dining out during your stay in Moab, the kitchen comes FULLY equipped for cooking and easy cleanup afterward. My kitchen has a nice big Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker for all your food and bags of ice for coolers. This means less time-wasting trips to the grocery store and more time for you! I also provide some basic complimentary breakfast food items and beverages at the start of your stay. This is a convenience for those who arrive late in the evening and don’t have a chance to do any grocery shopping before checking in.
If you enjoy grilling at the end of the day I have provided a BBQ grill and outdoor seating on the patio that has views of the La Sal Mountains. And the best thing is that the patio is in the shade in the hot afternoons!
If laundry needs to be done, there is no need to waste time going to a laundromat. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience.
Easy access to one of the area’s most popular hiking and mountain bike trails (less than 3 minutes away) is what makes this condo location so popular. And of course we are just 15 minutes from Arches National Park. For off-road enthusiasts there is additional parking close to the condo complex. A maximum of 2 vehicles per condo unit are permitted inside the condominium complex parking lot and in front of my unit. Handicapped parking spots are also available.
Enjoy the swimming pool during the hot summers and the spa year round if you wish. The pool is open from April till September.
But most of all enjoy the easy access to so many local hiking and biking trails on the Moab Rim just minutes from the condo complex. The Redcliff Condo Complex is located off of Highway 191 S. and is easily accessed from Redcliff Rd. We are close to many of Moab’s lesser known natural wonders on the South side of town including Sandflats Recreation Area, Hidden Valley and Pipe Dream trailheads and the south entrance of Canyonlands National Park (which is actually my favorite side of Canyonlands to visit). Being close to this highway has advantages but also disadvantages. It experiences high traffic during the holidays and high season. Having said that people don’t seem to hear traffic noise inside the condo and they feel like they can get a peaceful nights sleep and even enjoy quiet time once everyone in the complex takes off for daytime excursions to do sight seeing.
I conveniently live directly across the road from the Redcliff Condo complex. I own, manage and clean my own condo so I am very attentive to addressing any issues that might arise during my guest’s stay. I am just a hop, skip and jump away if a guest needs anything.
