This centrally located complex of homes (one 4 bedroom, three 3 bedrooms, a 2 bedroom with loft remodeled home & a studio apartment that are 5-15 steps from each other) has one of the best locations in the area – 2.5 blocks to Park City Ski Resort,3.5 blocks to downtown and the shuttle bus stop is steps away - you can even walk to the grocery store so no car is required. Rent one, two or three of these properties together for larger groups or separately as they are all steps away from each other. Two of the 3 bedrooms (Aspen & Ponderosa) have a covered breezeway connecting them together to make a 6 bedroom lodging combination.

Great location and service

Pat was great is setting up this spot and helping us arrange everything we might need as a first time family visiting Park City. Fantastic location, so close to the bus stop that takes you to town (it's close enough to walk too) or to the other resorts. She also recommended great shuttle service to the airport and grocery delivery. The house is set up really well, very comfortable and good for a family. We would definitely rent again there, and for sure go through Pat to help us plan.

Well appointed and great location

We found the Blue Spruce a perfect property for our purpose. It had plenty of room for the 4 of us and I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, many times the condos we have rented don’t have adequate pots and pans. As the weather was abnormally warm we enjoyed the deck as well. The location was prime. Close enough to Park City ski area and downtown restaurants to walk but off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. I’d certainly rent it again.

Fantastic place, fantastic service

Pat helped me find the perfect place for my group and she absolutely succeeded! The property itself was perfect - cute and "home"-y, in a great location, just a short walk from the center of town and the ski lifts. The service was amazing too! Pat was extremely helpful in arranging services and making sure everything was perfect for my group. I'm planning to return next year and wouldn't consider staying elsewhere!

Happy Skier!

Great property. Everything in the unit as promised. And access was so easy. Cant beat the location for walking to Park city and close to grocery stores. it was a very nice well kept unit

Great stay and service

This is the second time I've stayed in this complex, and both times it worked out great. Clean, comfortable units, close to everything, walkable and convenient. Pat, the rental agent and property manager, was responsive and helpful. She got us a great rate on rental cars, ski delivery and discount tickets, nothing was out of order. We will be back for sure. The Only Place to Stay in Park City

This was our 5th year at this location of condos. Pat is helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to get our vacations needs organized for us. This set of condos is heaven. We have stayed in three of the different units and love them all. So convenient and very well priced. Close to downtown and easy access to the shuttle bus. We never want to even look at other locations.
