About Property Manager
Your hosts John and Chris Brooks run their successful media company White Hart from offices on the premises. John is a former BBC radio and TV journalist who is a qualified Hill and Moorland leader and registered human and equine shiatsu practitioner. Chris has followed her passion for horses since she was a girl. She has been involved in the Pony Club, including District Commissioner of the local branch, for more than 40 years; she is a health and safety advisor for major three-day events and has a particular interest in horse behaviour. John offers guided walks in the local area to suit people's fitness and interest and trips can end at one of the many excellent pubs and restaurants he has well researched! He is also a shiatsu practitioner and is available for sessions.
The cottages are on a farm in the heart of the border county of Monmouthshire but they are conveniently close to Cardiff, Newport and Bristol with their great sport, music and culture.
We are on the edge of the Wye Valley AONB, ideal for walking, cycling, riding and running.
Chepstow racecourse, David Broome's equestrian centre, National Diving Centre and renowned Wye Valley climbing and potholing are nearby. The Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Forest of Dean with its mountain biking hub.
