Ideal - beautiful fully equipped apartment and great location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 12) enjoyed a really great 10 days here. The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. Like all houses in France the windows have shutters - enabling us to sleep very well on the fairly comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and extremely well appointed - there was nothing missing. Though we didn't find the drip coffee maker until our second last day :) We really liked the balcony with lovely views of La Rhune mountain. We chose this apartment because it has a pool and parking. The kids used the pool once but lost interest when they realized an alarm goes off when they'd jump or dive in. Not to worry - there is a lovely beach is St. Jean de Luz and they enjoyed the waves there on a couple of hot afternoons. The apartment is about 15 minutes, downhill walk into St. Jean de Luz - 3 min drive. Great location for exploring the whole area. The town of St. Jean de Luz is beautiful and has great fish restaurants. Great apartment, no complaints, highly recommend it.

Relaxed stay in a beautiful landscape

Staying in the apartment was very nice! The view is fantastic and the apartment is nicely furnished. We had a relaxed week in St.-Jean-de-Luz and the surrounding areas.

Unfortunately one point we have to deduct because the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The communication with the woman who made the transfer was also difficult. (Communication with Virginie and Baptiste, however, was good!)

We can recommend the apartment to a friend, but because of the communication problems only to persons who speak French.

Disfonctionnement des poignées de portes, des commandes de la douche. 2 luminaires abîmés. Propreté relative à notre arrivée, nous l'avons rendu plus propre qu'il ne l'était.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The building itself is on a small hill, providing splendid sunrises and sunsets (even a small sea view...), and the flat is on the corner, so it has a very OPEN feeling. Excellent hospitality and communication. Easy parking. Clean and modern building, and quiet. As we were there in the winter, we didnt use the terrace, so the low noise from the motorway did NOT bother us at all. We also found the beds VERY comfortable, and , in general, EVERYTHING was excellent. Delightful person in charge of welcoming us and showing us the flat. Very recommendable.

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette appartement a 4 personnes( 2 adultes 2 enfants), les qualités decrites sont conformes il est idéalement situé pour profiter de la region, il est de tout confort, neuf parfait pour passer un bon sejour ! Cela fait la 2eme fois que nous le louons pour passer des vacances. Nous le conseillons fortement!
