What makes this Cottage unique
Unique location - Centered between Holland Michigan and Grand Haven Michigan. This cottage is nicely decorated in a nautical -beachy theme. It features a poured concrete bar. Walking distance to Lake Michigan. A little hill but worth the small walk for a evening sunset walk on the beach. Enjoy the Bike path just steps from the house.

Cute cottage in West Olive
This is a cute little cottage perfect for two. It’s a quick drive to several nearby beach towns. We enjoyed a different town each day and returned to the cottage to watch the sunset each evening. Beach access is right across the street. We would happily rent this cottage again.
We had a great girls’ weekend at this little cottage. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the small private beach and the biking trails. Would definitely book again.
So glad you enjoyed yourself. Thanks for leaving it in great shape and for leaving us a review too. Looking forward to your next stay. :)
Cute Cozy Clean!
This cottage is perfect for 2. Nice property in beautiful area, directly on bike trail between Holland and Grand Haven. There are many local beaches to enjoy. The owners have provided everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Thank you! Would definitely stay again.
Perfect solo or couples cabin
If you like trails and water, this location is perfect! A nice biking/ walking trail is literally steps from the front door and Lake Michigan is just a short walk away. The pictures might make it look like a quiet setting, but it is on a main road, so the traffic is a bit noisy. Other than that the accommodations were nice and the bed was super comfy for me. I would recommend a stay here for sure!
Fantastic hidden gem
This cottage was truly fantastic--the space was well-designed and updated with a boating theme. We cooked dinner there and the kitchen was well appointed with new stainless appliances and a bar area to eat (there was also a separate dining area) as well as an easy to use gas grill. The bike trail is right in front of the cottage and we were able to ride into the Holland beach. We also walked to the lake shore to watch the beautiful sunset. (Also in response to some prior reviews, the bed has been replaced and was comfortable). The hosts were great, communicative and flexible with our plans. This place seems like a bit off the beaten path but if you want a cottage all to yourself with all of the amenities and close to the lake then you really can't beat this place.
So glad you enjoyed your stay with us and that it was everything you expected. You were a great renter as well 😊 Thanks for your kind review.
The cutest little cottage ever!
We are just checking out after an enjoyable weekend in West Olive at this adorable cottage. We loved the location and the cottage is furnished with top notch everything. The owner definitely didn't cut corners when renovating this cutie. My only complaint would be the bed in the bedroom. As a previous review stated......it is like sleeping in a taco shell. It's way too soft and flimsy for 2 people so hubby ended up on the couch. Other than that, everything was great. I have to give a shout out to MaryAnn, the property manager......she is awesome!
