Modern holiday home located in a small courtyard development in the heart of Lymington only a few minutes stroll from the town centre and old town quay - a perfect location to explore the magnificent coastline, the New Forest and the Isle of Wight.
Beautifully furnished home with large modern kitchen/diner seating up to 6, spacious lounge with bi-folding doors leading to an enclosed garden, downstairs cloakroom, two large double bedrooms with king size beds, third bedroom with single Trundle bed with second bed stored underneath to offer a twin room, reading area on the first floor landing and two contemporary bathrooms, of which main bathroom is a wet room. Enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture seating 6 & barbecue. Car parking space directly outside the house and bicycle rack/store at the side of the property, all set within a courtyard development.
I loved this property from the minute I saw it. A deceptive spacious, modern house which my family can use, minutes from many amenities. My two young sons love being so close to the town quay, boats, parks, sea wall walk and the Isle of Wright ferry, whilst we also enjoy the close proximity to the beautiful high street, shops, fabulous restaurants and bars.
The house is located over 3 floors providing a really light, airy, spacious house. Furnished with quality sylish furniture, the house is really comfortable allowing our family and guests to immediately relax.
Great base for exploring the New Forest. Lyric Place is such a lovely well equipped place to stay and to be highly recommended!
Highly recommended property, comfortable & spacious with everything we needed plus extra touches which were much appreciated. A real home from home. Ideal location near high street pubs & quayside & only a few miles from New Forest. Owner was easy to contact & very helpful & friendly. We had a great weekend & would certainly stay here again.
This holiday property was perfectly located, with very convenient off street parking right outside. A car was not always necessary as the walk to Lymington Quay through the High Street was less than 10 minutes.
We visited the Tennis Club, which allowed non member play which was also a very short walk along Avenue Road.
The property is very comfortably furnished with a modern home from home feel. It is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of four which consisted of 3 adults and one child.
We would definitely like to stay in this property again when holidaying in the Lymington area.
What a wonderful property, so spacious, comfortable and well equipped in a fantastic location. Everything has been thought of. We loved the Saturday market in Lymington and spent a happy afternoon throwing pebbles in the sea at Milford on Sea with our boys. Would love to return and will definitely recommend this top notch property to family and friends

Price guide is shown below for 7 night weekly or 3 night weekend rates:
Low Season (January - March) £600 - £700 per week.
Mid Season (April - June and Sept - Dec) £700-£900 per week.
High Season (July and August) £900 - £1250 per week.
Christmas and New Year £1250 per week.
Weekends £375-£475 (3 nights Fri, Sat & Sun) subject to availability.
£200 deposit taken on time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance 8 weeks prior to the stay.
Complimentary biscuits and milk are available for guests on arrival.
Changeover day is a FRIDAY. Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am.
No smoking inside the house and sorry no pets.
Upon booking for 7 nights a £200 deposit is required with the balance (together with a £150 returnable security deposit) required a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the stay.
Upon booking for a 3 night weekend a £100 deposit is required with the balance (together with a £150 returnable security deposit) required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of the stay.
