The large, tiled, screened-in lanai stretches from the master bedroom to the living room, providing you with a wonderful view of the canal, docks, and boats surrounding the complex. Enjoy watching the boats come in and out of the Back Bay. You may even spot a dolphin!
On the lanai, there’s plenty of room for you, your family, and guests to relax in comfortable chairs, enjoying the outside activity and the water view. Large sliding doors from the master bedroom or living room open up directly into the lanai. You can also see our boat slip from the lanai.
Rest well in the large master bedroom with its very comfortable king-size bed. There is plenty of room for your belongings using attractive bedroom furniture, as well as a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has both a twin and queen-size bed, ideal for two or three people.
You might want to take some of the fun items in this closet with you to the beach. The two bathrooms with lovely tile floors are conveniently attached to the bedrooms. The master bathroom has a large shower, and the second bedroom has a bathtub with a shower.
You will like the kitchen, too. The kitchen is very attractive and functional, primarily white, with wallpaper accents, many appliances, and a beautiful tile floor. The tile extends from the entryway into the kitchen. The kitchen window has a great view of the Back Bay. The full kitchen has many amenities, including coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock-pot, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, glasses, utensils, towels and much more.
Areas in the living room, dining room, and kitchen provide you with plenty of seating for you, your family, and guests. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a contemporary décor that you will find both attractive and functional. Of course, there are televisions and VCR’s in the living room and both bedrooms, providing you with multiple cable stations to watch.
To keep your clothes fresh, there is also a full-size washer and dryer. Of course, there are extra linens and beach towels in the hall closet. Air-conditioning and heating are included as well.
The swimming pool is next to the condominium building, with plenty of lounge chairs and privacy. In the morning, you may want to join others in water aerobics. Around the pool, you will have a chance to meet others who live here or who are visiting and be able compare your favorite spots in this beautiful area.
It is easy to fit a few rounds of golf into your schedule at the executive-style, 18-hole golf course just across the street. Or you can enjoy the variety of landscaping and water views by leisurely walking or biking around the lush condominium grounds facing the Back Bay.
From the condominium, you can walk to the beach and enjoy its cool, white sand, and clear Gulf water. At the beach, you can enjoy the sun, sand, and water, rent water sports equipment, and be entertained at one of the beachside hotels, restaurants, and shops. It is exciting when you spot dolphins playing in the Gulf; and on the beach in the evenings, the sunsets are beautiful to see.
Santini Plaza is another short walk from the condominium, with many shops and restaurants, including the Fish Tale Marina. There you can eat a great breakfast, buy scrumptious deli food or pizza, stop by the liquor store or drugstore, dine on fresh seafood, listen to live entertainment, rent a fishing boat, shop for a new outfit, and more.
You will find Fort Myers Beach area is a great place to be and explore. You can travel by car, boat, or cycle or hop on the Fort Myers Beach trolley to go up and down Estero Boulevard (the main street between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs) for 50 cents a ride. The condominium is on the south side of the island, near Lover's Key and Bonita Springs and about four miles from the center of the town (Times Square) of Fort Myers Beach.
Loved the convenient location, and relaxing quiet building and pool. Very nicely equipped, we had everything we needed, and especially loved having a washer and dryer in our room! The safari theme decor was fun, and the kids enjoyed having their own room with a TV. Would definitely stay here again!
My girlfriend and I spent 9 wonderful days at this beautiful and comfortable condo. It was a perfect location on the bay and across the street from the beach. We spent our mornings having coffee, and evenings drinking wine on the lanai with a great view of the boats and bay. The location was close to everything, however not in the midst of heavy traffic. We went kayaking in lover key, beachcombing, took a fantastic tour dolphin tour from Fish Tale Marina's, all within close proximity of the condo. The kitchen was well furnished, we cooked in each night and ate out on the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the condo extremely clean.
The owners did a great job of providing a detailed list of sites and restaurants to see while we were there which was very useful. I would highly recommend this condo and location to others.
We spent a very relaxing wee with another couple and enjoyed our stay at the Casa Marina condo. The condo is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities anyone would need for beach or pool time, morning coffee on the screened in balcony, a nice meal or happy hour. We visited Sanibel, the Ford-Edison estate, spent time at the beach, shopped and found some great restaurants, (many that were recommended by Toni and Butch, the owners). Butch called to check on us the first day to assure everything was okay and again after we arrived home. The weather was also wonderful this time of year.Thank you!
The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and quite. The condo is close to the beach, walking paths, shopping and so many nice fun restaurants. The complex is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Butch was great to work with and was always accessible via phone or email and promptly answered any questions or concerns. My wife and I had a great time exploring new places to eat and shop and took a trip to Sanibel and Capitva Island going and coming wasn't to bad, but traffic on the island is a total mess (FYI). The owners Butch and Toni prepared a list of their favorite places to shop, eat and places to watch the sun set which was Excellent and very useful. One of our favorite places to have lunch was at Flipper's, SOB's and the Fish House. We love SWFL!!
Our family of five (kids ages 10, 12, 14) had an amazing week at this condo perfectly appointed and comfortable for five. Very friendly locals in the building and great pool at the complex. Walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Convenient trolley to other side of the island. Staying on the south side of the island was ideal. We were able to enjoy Ft Myers beach, but retreat from spring break traffic in this quiet and beautiful complex. Locally, we enjoyed golf, kayaking at Lover's Key, beach across Estero St as well as several other beaches locally. We dined at great restaurants- many recommended by the owners, Butch and Toni. Overall, an amazing week. We had one glitch with our arrival, but Butch was very responsive and helpful in resolving it for us. We hope to return as one week wasn't long enough!
We could not have asked for better accomodations. Well appointed unit with ALL the amenities of our own home. The people of the complex were very friendly and always gave great tips on where to dine, shop and just have fun. The owners are so responsive and accessible via phone, email. The lanai is outstanding to have morning coffee watching the boats, or an evening beverage before dinner. Relaxing atmosphere and so close to everything. We look forward to next year already.
