The villa enjoys a privileged position. It is located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Corralejo. With direct access to small coves, ideal for water sports or just for a swim with Lobos Island and Lanzarote opposite you. It is located in a quiet and very central area. You can walk to all the places of leisure and to shopping center El Campanario. A 5 minute drive has 2 Great White sand beaches of Corralejo, spectacular. A 3 minute Pitch and Putt 9-hole golf lovers.

From the villa you can enjoy the sea view, Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos and very importantly, breathe the sea air.

The villa has for your comfort: kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room, private pool and private solarium, 2 terraces towards the sea, 1 terrace to the main entrance with a small garden and two parking private parking garage with remote control.

The villa is equipped with the following appliances: family fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle; washer, dryer, iron and hairdryer. Also: flat screen TV, Canal Satellite, wifi, phone (local calls and receive calls) and safe.

Excellent Villa and good location

Excellent accommodation with beautiful view across the bay from the first floor balcony and roof terrace. Very quiet area with a 10 minute stroll to the main town with excellent restaurants. You can stroll through the streets or along the sea promenade directly from the back of the Villa. There is also a garage if you need one but on street parking was easy to find. The villa has all the equipment that you need if you want to self cater but don't miss out on some great restaurant food in town.

Having the pool is a real bonus and although small it was perfect to cool down in during the hot days. The property is well maintained and very clean. We had the pleasure of meeting Sergio for a second time when he was maintaining the surrounding area, the first time was when he met us with a warm welcome on our arrival. We had great communication with Alberto and Paula via email from start to finiish giving the peace of mind that you really want when booking. Lovely villa, great location and lovely people. I would definitely recommend this villa. You won't be disappointed.

Great week away!

Me and my boyfriend have not long returned from our weeks holiday at the villa. Paula and Alberto were extremely helpful throughout the booking process. Sergio met us at the villa when we arrived with the key and also gave us a quick tour of the villa, he was extremely helpful and a very lovely guy! The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location of the villa was perfect with beach bars located 5 minutes walk to the left (when using the back gate) or a 30 minute walk (using the back gate) to the right would take you to the spectacular Grande Playa. The supermarket was a 5 minute walk and the main street full of bars and restaurants was also just a short walk away. We will recommend to friends and family looking for a relaxing break away. Thank you Paula and Alberto :o)

Excellent 2 bedroom property.

Extremely clean house. Has all mod cons, WiFi was good. We didn't cook but the kitchen is fully equipped and has a BBQ. Pool is small but is sheltered and the rest of the outside space is well organized. There is a garage but we used the street. 10mins walk to "the strip", 5 mins to shops and beach. Would book again if traveling to Fuertuventura once more. Pleasure to deal with Alberto.

Excellent location and high standard

Our second stay at this excellent villa was as comfortable and pleasing as our previous experience.

The property is maintained to a very high standard and is perfectly positioned, within a short walking distance to the nearby shopping centre, beach, bars and cafes. A leisurely stroll of about 10 minutes takes you to the main street of Corralejo.

Quality of bedding, furniture, etc within the villa are good and the owner has provided everything you would need for either a short or long-term stay, including (unusually) beach towels.

I would highly recommend contacting Alberto & Paula to book your next holiday here.

Nice villa shame about lack of contact

The villa is clean well equipped with lovely views from the bedroom and roof terrace.

However a few days before we were due to fly out we hadn't had any contact off the owners with directions, address etc so i contacted them via email, they replied informing us that they would be away, but a guy called Sergio would be there to meet us. That's fine i thought but they still hadn't provided us a contact number or address etc so off i wrote again, this time they provided the information!

Traveling from the airport to the villa, i thought it would be a good idea to call Serigio to let him know we were on our way and we would be there in about half an hour. I'm not sure weather he understood me or not but we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best.

Anyway when we arrived at the villa Serigo was no where to be seen, so we waited and waited. Ok another phone call needed, this time I don't think it was Serigo that answer the phone, because this person didn't speak any English AT ALL.

After what seemed like an eternity and losing the will to live, someone (whos name we don't know) finally arrived and let us in. He took our final payment talked a lot in Spanish and left!

If you decide to book this villa i hope you have a lot less stress than we had.

After all that said we did have a good time, as we always do in Fuerteventura . In fact love it so much we are thinking about buying a place out there.

The villa is ideally located as being in a very quiet, no noise, you reach the old center of Corralejo in 8 minutes walking, Alli can diisfrutar d d all restaurants, shops d d quality clothing, etc terraces both front the sea and the interior. It will turn the commercial and tourist center d the old. But there are others like The Belfry Shopping Centre, 5 minutes walk from the villa q is well equipped and is very nice. Every night there are live performances in both. Going to the left on a walk about 8 minutes d can approach the Royal Bay hotel for a drink or dinner enjoying a good environment d. A 5-minute drive to the famous white sand beaches d: great beaches. It's a show the color of the sea in calm them and q are.
