Duplex 43m ² for 4 persons, fully renovated. Located on the slopes, close to shops, 6th floor without any opposite (facing glacier Peclet). Free accès Wifi.

Stay: 2x1per trundle bed, TV, stereo. Kitchen: fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, steamer, raclette, cheese sandwich machine, Blender. Bathroom with bathtub, bathroom cabinet, hair dryer, storage. WC.

Floor with lounge: sofa and chair, flat screen TV, DVD player recorder, many hard books, DVDs and games. Bedroom with 2 persons 140x200, 2 bedside tables with individual reading lamps, wardrobe with shelves, drawers, dresser. Wardrobe (ironing board, iron, dryer, vacuum cleaner) and closet in the hallway of the entrance.

Ski locker in the basement (closed from 7:30 to 20h).

What makes this apartment unique

View of the Peclet glacier. The building is near the elevator and walkway leading to the mail and sports shops. All shops nearby. Bakery, ski school, ski passes,equipment rental is less than 30m away, 50m to the groceries. Slopes access at 30m. Direct return to the apartment on ski possible.

Gepflegte Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt.

Soweit alles wie im Angebot beschrieben. Abzug gibt's für die schlecht bis gar nicht funktionierende Spühlmaschine.

Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig (innerhalb und nach außen)

Très bon séjour

Un appartement vraiment parfait pour 4 personnes. Les 2 chambres en haut permettent de ranger toutes nos affaires et d'être à l'aise dans le salon. Le balcon offre une vue très agréable. 20m pour récupérer les pistes de skis et en 5min nous sommes au centre aquatique. N'hésitez surtout pas.

Cosy; & Well Equipped In The Perfect Location

We are a family of four travelling with two young adult sons for a Christmas Skiing trip.We had a fantastic week in Val Thoren and will definitely return.

The apartment is cleverly thought out and makes use of all the space with lots of clever modifications and a very ingeneous washing machine design . The kitchen is very well equipped, just lacked a baking tray for the turkey and two oven shelves would have made cooking Christmas dinner a bit easier but we managed ok, everything else we needed was there. There was ample hot water and the apartment was always warm despite us never turning the heating on; we never did figure out where all the heat came from. We ended up sleeping downstairs as it was quite warm in the master bedroom with no access to a window at that end, but the sofa bed was lovely and comfy and it was a good place to curl up in the early evening and watch a movie together as a family.

The views out to the mountains were stunning all lit up at night and it was easy to access the slopes just a minute from the apartment and convienient to have the ski lockers on site. We made good use of the balcony as extra fridge space for all our Christmas goodies. We hardly heard anyone in the apartment block or outside although the resort was fairly busy, however no where near as busy as we had expected.

The apartment was lovely and clean and Emilie was helpful on arrival and arrived when she said she would, Marie Therese was also brilliant and so patient answering all my questions before we arrived .

A few tips, take your own linen if you can the hire shop is sheets only no duvet covers and actually worked out quite pricey. Be prepared for a wait on arrival as there is only one lift which at peak changeover times is hard to call, the apartment is on the top floor which is great as its quiet but be prepared its quite hardwork when moving in have everything in big bags to save lots of trips. If you have a roof box its worth taking it off and storing in the car if you can, so you can park in the covered carparks nearer the centre of town as its a long trek to P3 if you need anything.

I have looked at lots of similar apartments and this one is good value and modern and will give you a very enjoyable experience, Thankyou Marie Therese for a wonderful Christmas.

Une location en tout point conforme au descriptif

Appartement propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, situé au pied des pistes et des écoles de ski.

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Check in et check out très simple.

Calme et Agréable

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel dans son ensemble, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine à disposition. Ensemble des couchages confortable avec oreillers et couettes à disposition. Matériel multimédia de qualité. Résidence calme et agréable, appartement propre, avec une décoration moderne.

Seul petit bémol, pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain (sèche-cheveux à disposition dans l'appartement), un léger manque de pression d'eau dans la douchette, absence d'isolation dans la chambre/salle de jeux; au niveau du bas de la fenêtre droite.

Accueil sympathique et courtois d'Emilie. Propriétaire à disposition des vacanciers pour toutes questions.

ESF et Boulangerie juste en face de la résidence (à 10 mètres).

Conclusion: Très bonne location rapport/qualité sur VAL THORENS.
