This Villa is of high quality construction and aesthetically pleasing according to the classic Spanish tradition of well planned with excellent floor distribution. The property has 5 bedrooms, an attic, 3 bathrooms and one en suite including whirlpool bath. The kitchen is built of solid pine furniture clean and simple but well equipped. With respect to the living areas this villa has 1 principal salon of 40 m2 which is attached by sliding doors to a dining room of 12 m2. In the basement there is a games room, music room 30 m2 and access to a lounge of around 20m2 which then backs off to 3 store rooms and garage to the house. The total constructed liveable area is 300m2 with exterior terraces of 180 m2. It is undoubtedly excellently positioned and suitably matched to its urbanization environment as well as enjoying a south west facing position granting plenty hours of sunshine.

Continuing with the description to mention that the last rays of sun are hidden in front of the large garden of the house, where there is a barbecue and a pergola type rustic Hawaiian. The house has a social club where you can engage with the only requirement to attend cleaning it as well as an area of ??2 swimming pools which are located just 30 meters from the house.
