Two bedroom apartment, well located, with very nearby parking

Nice apartment recently remodeled, located in the historic district of Albaicin, considered by UNESCO World Heritage Site. Comprising two bedrooms with a double bed each, a living room with TV and sofa bed, open kitchen fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. Full bathroom. Very bright, exterior, with three beautiful balconies overlooking the famous Plaza Aliatar. It has a nice communal terrace with garden furniture at the top of the building, with amazing views over the Albaicin, the Generalife and the viewpoint of San Miguel Alto.

A ten minute walk from downtown, bus stop at the door of the apartment. With easy parking within five minutes walk.

A five minute walk from Sacromonte and the Mirador de San Nicolas, known worldwide for its spectacular views of the Alhambra.

Fifteen minutes walk from the Alhambra.

Surrounded by tapas bars and restaurants.

Thirty minutes drive from Sierra Nevada, the best ski stations of Spain with more skiable kilometers.

Bed linen and towels included in the price. WIFI Internet.

The Albaicin neighborhood has been listed by UNESCO World Heritage Site for its beauty. This neighborhood of Arab origin, mostly retains the charm that evokes the times in which it was built.

There are bus stop at the door of the apartment to the center of Granada. You can also walk to the center of Granada, it takes just 10 minutes away. Taxi rank also in the apartment door.

Herminia was great...the apartment wasn't.

Herminia was absolutely wonderful. Prior to arriving to the apartment, we got lost and she was nice enough to meet us, sit in the car with us and show us the way. She even helped push my kid's stroller!! She was very responsive to my emails. The only problem is that the actual apartment we wanted (the one pictured, Rental 1011095 ) isn't the one we got. We were told this apartment didn't have an AC and that she'd give us another one. The new apartment we got (which is not pictured here) wasn't so great. It lacked basic amenities, such as a coffee pot, a properly working washer, a dish rack, a place to eat, and the free parking was very far from it. It was also pretty dingy looking, the toilet seat was broken, etc. The apartment needs a lot of work.

It only had one AC to cool the entire two bedroom apartment, so the rooms remained hot. We had to leave the bedrooms open all day and night so it could get some air, so there was no privacy at all, which was very difficult with two young children running all over the place. The rooms didn't even have fans.

The good thing was that the new apartment had an excellent location, literally right upstairs from a ton of markets, restaurants, etc. The downside being, people were up at 2 am singing and making noise right outside our window.

I appreciate Herminia's honesty about the original apartment not having an AC, but the new one we got wasn't good.

Great location, lovely appartment

We were three adults staying for 3 nights and we could not have chosen a better location for our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and Heminia was very helpful when we arrived. The area had several bars each serving small tapas with drinks, two of which were within metres of the front door. Albaicin district was worth exploring and contained all the shops one requires when self catering. All in all we had a great time

En el barrio más bonito de Granada

Es un apartamento perfecto para 4 personas, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Granada. Todo súper limpio y ordenado. Herminia y su marido han sido unos anfitriones muy amables y siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos. Además, la situación del apartamento, en pleno Albaicín es inmejorable.

Le mari de notre propriétaire à été super sympa de nous amener à l'appartement car on ne pouvait y accéder sans connaître.

L'appartement est trés bien situé pour visiter l'Albaicin.

Le parking est peut être facile, mais on ne garanti pas l'état de votre voiture après.

L'appartement se trouve juste au dessus de 2 restaurants, et lorsque vous entrez dans l'appartement vous avez une odeur de cigarette qui vous prend à la gorge, après on s'habitue.

Dans la salle de bain il n'y a aucun meuble pour poser ses affaires de toilettes.

Il y avait une seule casserole et nous nous en sommes pas servis car elle était dans un drôle d'état.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas.
