Leads to the upper terrace, fitted with sun beds and chaise-lounge. From the porch, furnished with dining table and chairs, you enter the living room, bright, where a large window rectangular frames the view of the bay, which becomes the protagonist. Two L-shaped sofa with comfortable chairs in feather, a central fireplace and a table overlooking accompany toward the rear, where the open-plan kitchen, executed in brick, with aged wood doors and worktops in ancient pottery. All chosen and arranged with taste and attention. On the ground, throughout the house, a beautiful old terracotta. From a corridor leads to the sleeping area: large secluded master bedroom with en-suite, a room with a bunk bed and one extra bed, small, and another double room, both served by a bathroom / shower room with washing machine. Downstairs, is accessed from the outside by a terrace, another double bedroom with an en suite. Extra outdoor shower.

He's a little 'aloof than the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago. But it is this geographical distance makes the island very special, perhaps unique and inimitable. Giannutri is a small paradise, it is 500 meters wide, long about 5 km. It 'destination for excursions and is frequented mainly by divers, attracted by the charm of its depths. Placed in an excellent environment with a view mozzzafiato, this is a unique house in a unique place. Ideal for those who deeply loves the sea and the nature of the Mediterranean. Living in this house is like living in a luxury boat, one of the most beautiful bays of the Tuscan Archipelago, this is the isolation and close contact with the water and seabed. Surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean, with private access to the bay below (which are mounted two small platforms), the house is furnished with great taste and refined simplicity, in line with the purity and authenticity of the place. The house is located at the entrance of Cala Spalmatoio whose waters are rich in flora and fauna really exciting and where are the remains of a Roman port. The distance to the 'Piazzetta', the only venue of the island, is 500 meters to go on a scenic trail.

Giannutri is part of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, as well as physical Marine Nature Reserve: the parties are amazing bathing when they visit the first few times. Tropical fish, corals, sea fans, Posidonia, snappers and even barracuda, amberjack and tuna, colorful sea stars can easily be seen in a normal dive at the Spalmatoio or Cala Maestra. The rocky coast is almost full of beautiful caves and picturesque coves. Giannutri is an island in particular, very little frequented and free of cliché of tourist reception. There is only one small supermarket located in the Piazzetta, so far from the places of excursion. There are only one or two bars (one in Cala Spalmatoio, where the ferry arrives), the other at Cala Maestra, where lies the spectacular Roman villa of the second century. d. C., perhaps the Domitii Enobarbi. Excavations have unearthed the remains of floors decorated with delicate workmanship of marbles and mosaics in black and white. The Lighthouse and the Faraglioni of Capel Rosso offer a breathtaking view, while in Punta Scaletta you can see a Roman hull is still intact. Giannutri also offers the ability to perform in two wrecks diving: the Anna White and Nasim (between 40 and 60 meters deep), well preserved and surrounded by rich seabed. It 'just by, and in, the sea that gives the strongest emotions Giannutri although for repopulation of the area, which is having success, many areas are completely forbidden to motor boats, rowing, and at the same bathing.

La villa corrisponde alla descrizione pubblicata, pulitissima e in ottimo stato. la vista sul mare è mozzafiato, i servizi per la spesa e l'assistenza perfetti. Il bilancio è più che positivo.

He's a little 'aloof than the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago. But it is this geographical distance makes the island very special, perhaps unique and inimitable. Giannutri is a small paradise, it is 500 meters wide, long about 5 km. A crescent-shaped, is the southernmost island of the Tuscan Archipelago and can be reached from Porto Santo Stefano (Monte Argentario), which is just 23km from the sea. The connections are managed by shipping companies Maregiglio and Toremar. From the island of Giglio service is guaranteed by the company Maregiglio for three days a week.

The island has only 20 inhabitants, not taking into account the presence in the summer, is part of the municipality of Giglio Island and is located in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and Marine Reserve. It 'destination for excursions and is frequented mainly by divers, attracted by the charm of its depths. The coast is rocky and jagged, broken by only two beaches: Cala of Spalmatoio and Cala Maestra. Of particular interest are the numerous caves that open along the coast, the most famous is Cala Grottoni, and picturesque bays in the southern. There are only only two small pebble beaches in the Cala Spalmatoio and Cala Maestra, to the north of the island. The parties are amazing bathing when you visit the first few times. The fauna is diverse: tropical fish, corals, sea fans, Posidonia, snapper and even barracuda, yellowtail and tuna, colorful starfish can easily be spotted in a normal dive at the Spalmatoio or Cala Maestra. It 'just by, and in, the sea that gives the strongest emotions Giannutri although for repopulation of the area, which is having success, many areas are completely forbidden to motor boats, rowing, and at the same belneazione.

Despite being an island in the Mediterranean and the Mediterranean is very widespread, there are species clearly not native to the place, such as pine, eucalyptus, agave and many others who manage to survive in this area thanks to a winter mild. You may spot hawks and crows, and there are turtles and geckos. Giannutri is also called the island of seagulls.

The exceptional transparency of its waters joins a historical legacy as one of the remains of the ancient Roman villa of Domitii Enobarbi the first half of the second century. d. c. Excavations in the villa Agrippina came to light remains of floors decorated with marbles of delicate workmanship and with mosaics in black and white, still well preserved, while the frescoes unfortunately went totally lost.

In the two landings, Cala Maestra and Cala Spalmatoio other remains are still preserved, especially Romans demonstrating the fervent activity of the port at the time. In Cala Maestra the dock is built in opus reticulatum, according to usage Romans, and is perfectly preserved. The rooms, the ones that first housed the warehouse for food, now accept "the Taverna del Granduca", a restaurant that keeps inside some amphorae and Roman capitals. In Cala Spalmatoio were found some pillars mooring for small boats and over the retaining wall, also Roman, on the shoreline is still the chute for the boats, in the same period.

Giannutri is an island in particular, very little frequented and free of cliché of accolgienza tourist. There is only one small supermarket located in the Piazzetta, so far from the places of excursion. There are only one or two bars (one in Cala Spalmatoio, where the ferry arrives). The cars can not circulate, there is a bank, or a pharmacy, Nor no other commercial operation outside of the small supermarket, regularly replenished every day.
