A South/West facing balcony with table and four chairs and overlooking the central gardens. Enjoy an evening meal & drink on it as sun goes down . The kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all amenities. There are two bathrooms both with shower facilities and toilets and one has a full length bath to relax in.

The apartment is at the end of a block, so it is very light and has great views from the first floor balcony, along with a park area to look down at, with no other properties closely over looking. The property is situated so there is only a short walk to the calm water of the mar menor.

This region is on the south east coast of Spain, it enjoys one of the driest climates with an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and is therefore ideal for a winter break, long weekends away, as well as summer holidays.

This area also benefits from the ‘Mar Menor’ (Little Sea) it is effectively a shallow Lagoon set back from the main Mediterranean sea, it is ideal for wind surfing and dingy sailing, it is usually about 5 degrees warmer than the Med and can reach up to 30c during the summer months.

Away from the beach there are lots of villages scattered around the coastline, they are all different and most have their own open markets offering a wide selection of produce and goods on various days.

The apartment is just 400 meters away from the beach and the 'mar menor' which because it’s shallow bathing is ideal for young children and all water sports for you and the kids. On the promenades there are a handful of cafe/bars offering a good choice of food and drinks.

La Manga Club is a short drive 4 km inland which offers a whole host of activities including golf, tennis and spa facilities, here to are a good selection of bars and restaurants and the club is open all year round to the public.

The area is quieter and very Spanish, it is not a 'Torrevieja' which is 40 minutes away by car, but there are lots of little restaurants, whether it is at the local village of Los Belones which is a 2 minute drive away, or Cabo de Palos fishing village which is 5 minutes away with its harbor side restaurants.
