We loved our stay! Perfect place to spend a weekend away for some hiking and snowshoeing in Rainier National Park. It's a beautiful area! The house was perfect for us! It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We appreciated the coffee already there for us to use. The hot tub was so very relaxing after a hard day of hiking. The furnishings were comfortable and nicely decorated. There was nothing amiss. And help was there when we had some technical problems using the TV and DVD. The maintenance man was quickly there, helpful, and very professional.
The only thing that would have been nice to have was a second bathroom in the upstairs. But all in all we are so very happy we picked this cottage to make our girlfriend weekend getaway! Thank you for making our stay so inviting and comfortable.
Three Bears Coho cabin at was perfect for our family getaway this year. The bunkhouse was just what we needed to house our oldest son who was home from college for the weekend with girlfriend in tow. And being that the cabin is dog friendly, we didn’t have to pay the steep dog sitting fees that typically come when we actually manage to get the whole family together for a vacation.
The interior of the main cabin is well kept, warm and relaxing but the outside deck with the dining table and chairs was my favorite feature. Morning coffee as the sun was coming up, the sounds of nature at lunchtime, dinner at sunset — there’s nothing quite like eating together outdoors.
This vacation was just what our family needed. Everything provided to keep it low stress, enough space to accommodate everyone’s personal needs, cozy enough to bring us together. An experience I hope to have again and again.
Great Cabins, Had A Blast Snowshoeing
Spent last week before New Year's Eve at the Little Bears Cabin and had a blast. There were 5 of us plus a golden retriever and we all felt right at home and had plenty of space to spread out. Games every night, snowshoeing during the day, and plenty of big meals - all in all a perfect family retreat. Had to call the maintenance man at one point but he was there in minutes and helped us figure out what we were doing wrong - many thanks! Would recommend these cabins to any and all looking for a getaway to Mt. Rainier!
A Wonderful Place to Enjoy a Family Gathering
The amenities at Three Bears Lodge are "awsome" (the description by one of our grandchildren). The facilities were spotless when we arrived and the furnishings and facilities were beyond what we had been led to expect. We were there to celebrate out 50th anniversary with our extended family and everyone had their own first choice in bedrooms. The availability of 2 washers (soap provided) and 2 dryers was expecially appreciated since families had been traveling for days before and would be vacationing for a week or more after. Leaving with only clean clothes made the rest of our travels more plesant. The location near Mt. Rainier National Park (Mrnp) was the reason we booked Three Bears Lodge and we were not disappointed. Its location on a quite side road was restful and yet we had accesss to all of the activities of Mrnp that kept us busy for 4 days. Our only regret is that Three Bears Lodge is about 2500 miles from where we live and it is unlikely that we will have the pleasure of staying there again. If we were closer, we would return ina heart beat.
We rent cabins 3-4 times ...
We rent cabins 3-4 times a year, this one had everything needed and much, much more. Setting...amenities...everything was just perfect. We will be back.

Go mountain climbing, take in the glaciers, waterfalls, and old growth forests. In the fall, view the spectacular autumn colors.
