Centrally located, spacy and well equiped apartment

The apartment is of very good quality, very well equipped and fairly new. Two bathrooms and four toilets (!) in total. Master bedroom in upper floor is very big and the one in the lower floor is also good. The terrace is nice and sunny, and more spacious than it looks.

The only minus is the living room which is a bit small and needs some chairs and a table to be convenient on indoor days.

We had one week mid December with mixed weather. Rented a car two days to go to the south coast for sun. In warmer periods the beach Las Canters is just one minute away.

Very nice apartment in a great central location

We has a really good holiday and loved the location, style and quality of the apartment and very helpful owner and agent. The only possible negative would be to suggest getting new pillows as the existing ones are poor. We will go back for sure!

Perfect holiday home!

We stayed in this perfect apartment one week. It is really well equipped, comfortable, clean place with excellent location - beach, promenade, food store, restaurants, children's playground - walking distance from apartment! Also host was helpful, friendly! Recommend to take also tranfer what owner organized, even cheaper than taxi and with really good quality!

Superb accommodation, spacious, modern and clean

We were very impressed with the accommodation. Firstly, the location is superb for exploring las palmas, being on the doorstep of both the beautiful beach and the city centre. The apartment itself was safe & secure, and had all the mod cons to make it feel a real home from home. Also, being split over two floors gave our family of four plenty of space. The sun terrace was adorable - the constant breeze enabled many lazy hours spent in the sun reading books. Additionally there was so much to do in the area. We surfed, paddle boarded and rode an open top bus tour (we would recommend all). Pedro was very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay, and recommended the best surf schools etc. The apartment is situated just about at the centre of the promenade, we enjoyed having the option of going either (or both) ways for our daily walks. A wonderful holiday that provided adventures and relaxation.

Highly recommend this apartment - one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were there for a week in November. Exactly as described in listing. Very clean and well maintained. 30 second walk to beach and promenade which has plenty of restaurants. Host Pedro could not do enough for us.
