Superb accommodation, spacious, modern and clean

We were very impressed with the accommodation. Firstly, the location is superb for exploring las palmas, being on the doorstep of both the beautiful beach and the city centre. The apartment itself was safe & secure, and had all the mod cons to make it feel a real home from home. Also, being split over two floors gave our family of four plenty of space. The sun terrace was adorable - the constant breeze enabled many lazy hours spent in the sun reading books. Additionally there was so much to do in the area. We surfed, paddle boarded and rode an open top bus tour (we would recommend all). Pedro was very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay, and recommended the best surf schools etc. The apartment is situated just about at the centre of the promenade, we enjoyed having the option of going either (or both) ways for our daily walks. A wonderful holiday that provided adventures and relaxation.

great stay

Family of 5 and stayed for a week at the end of august. Great location and the standard of accommodation was excellent. Pedro was amazing and we could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this apartment - one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were there for a week in November. Exactly as described in listing. Very clean and well maintained. 30 second walk to beach and promenade which has plenty of restaurants. Host Pedro could not do enough for us.

Lyxig takvåning med terrass

Mycket bekväm, fin och fräsch lägenhet med stor takterrass. Mycket bra utrustad och underhållen. Fräscha badrum och toaletter.Vi två par och ett litet barn. Nära till Canteras, restauranger och affärer. Trevligt bemötande av fastighetsägaren. Vi skulle gärna hyra den igen!

Very comfortable stay, ideal location

A very comfortable stay in this well equipped and surprisingly spacious apartment. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space and we did not feel in top of each other. It was in an ideal location for the beach, many restaurants and shops. Pedro was most helpful and the parking easy easy to sort out and close by. Highly recommended - we hope yo return one day!

We came back!

My husband and I have stayed twice in this apartment, 3 weeks in 2013 and 4 weeks in 2014, and it is really the perfect place to stay! It is located just off the beach promenade, and very conveniently situated as to restaurants and shopping, as it is within walking distance to Carrefeur and El Corte Inglese, and of course exercising on the beach promenade.

As we have been staying for several weeks, it is important that the apartment is well equipped, which it is. Two spacious bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, a large roof terrasse and a well equipped kitchen. The only thing we were not so happy with was the sofa in the living room, which we found rather uncomfertable. There is no disturbing noise in the apartment.

And Pedro is the most helpful landlord you could dream of, always ready to assist us whenever we needed help or advise. He arranged transport to and from the airport, and also storage for our luggage the day of departure. He is just the best!

As we have already stayed twice, it goes without saying we find it highly recommendable!
