If you dream of long relaxing lunches or balmy evening dinners overlooking the Mediterranean, then this stylish apartment with its spectacular view around the bay of San Pol and S'Agaro will be your perfect choice. You will be staying between Sant Feliu de Guixols and S'Agaro, just a couple of minutes from the nearest safe and sandy beach, with its selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, suitable for all occasions and budgets. In the apartment you will have 2 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable living area with TV, DVD and WIFI, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. With two extra fold up beds you will be comfortable with up to 4 adults and two children. In the communal grounds you will be able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and large swimming pool. Everything you need for a great beach holiday, including the Catalan seaside town of Sant Feliu, is within easy walking distance.
Inside the apartment you will be able to enjoy sea views from the living area and one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is part of a separate suite with its own dressing area and bathroom and overlooks the garden. The beds are arranged into 2 doubles but can be varied to provide one double and two twins. There are an additional 2 fold up beds suitable for children. Facilities include TV from the community, DVD player, Radio/ CD player and WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso, large hob, oven, iron, grill and toaster. You will find plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. The dining table can be extended for six.
If your stay is in winter, then there is central heating for those moments when the temperature drops a little.
The terrace has a canopy, outside lighting, table, four outside dining chairs and two sun loungers.
The swimming pool is well kept with a daily clean. It is has a shallow end , perfect for children, a shower and toilet facility. Sun beds are provided
For your car there is secure parking for one small vehicle. There is a lift to all floors.
There is an on site concierge meaning that the whole complex is well maintained on a daily basis.
We will provide a welcome pack and you will be met and introduced to your holiday home by our local representative to ensure your holiday gets off to a good start. We can also arrange airport collection if required.
For your trips to the beach there is a picnic basket , beach chairs and mats. Immediately outside the garden you can access rocks for sun bathing and snorkeling. You can also join the coastal path there which will provide you with some spectacular walking.
You can take a 10 to 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) into Sant Feliu de Guixols, where you will find a port, shops and hundreds of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a daily food market with fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and a large general market every Sunday. St Feliu is an all year round town offering you everything you need if you visit is in the winter months.
A short drive away is the larger resort of Platja D'Aro. There will you find more shops, a large beach, a water park, many restaurants, nightclubs, cinema and ten pin bowling.
San Pol's new 6* hotel (the construction referred to in some reviews) is close to completion and expected to open in July 2016 with its Michelin star restaurant. Please email the owner if you want the latest information on this new development.
We had a great holiday thanks. The apartment was lovely - very spacious, and we loved sitting out on the balcony looking at the sea. The crane didn't really bother us at all.
Ron and Doreen were great and sorted out the internet problem for us asap and gave us advice on getting to Barcelona.
The pool at the apartment is lovely and the kids loved it.
We had some good days out - Figureres, the water park, Barcelona. We went kayaking and snorkelling too. And we went into Girona on our last day.
We loved the area and the apartment.
The parking space was very tight, but luckily we had a tiny rental car!
Everything about the apartment was great. Its a pity that a hotel is being built on front of it. It doesn't take away a view of the sea but it would be perfect if it wasn't there. I would love to return. All in all very happy with it.
Loved the property, despite the building works opposite (just have to position your chair to look to the sea view on the right!) it was great being within easy walking distance of Sant Feliu with its produce market, shops and fine selection of restaurants. Sant Pol beach is lovely (even lovelier is Sa Conca, a lovely half hour walk away along the coastal path) and the little cove below the apartment spectacular. The only slight minus is the car-parking situation: the designated space in the underground car-park is really only suitable for a VERY small car. However, all in all a fabulous, relaxing break. Lovely clean well equipped apartment over looking the Bay of San Pol.
Initially on holiday with family and friends we decided to extend our stay so we could explore some of the local coastline we had heard so much about and decided to find an apartment for a few days for just the 2 of us.
The area does not disappoint a very pretty bay with a relaxed friendly feel to it.
A 5 minute walk down to the bay where we found a good selection of cafes and a great beach.
There is a lovely coastal walk which took abut half an hour and brought us out at the larger neighbouring bay of San Felui as you would expect a bigger beach and plenty of shops and cafes Lovely place for an evening stroll round the shops and a bite to eat.
The apartment had everything we needed we like a home from home feel and that's exactly what this is, well equipped 2 good sized bedrooms with plenty of wardrobes and storage. 2 bathrooms both with decent showers and spotlessly clean with loads of fresh towels provided. Although it was just the 2 of us there is plenty of room for 4/5 people in this apartment
Living/dinning room area is comfortable light and airy which opens up on to the balcony with a decent TV Good wireless connection and a printer (came in handy for our boarding passes)
I love to cook and the galley style kitchen felt fresh and bright and is well equipped with everything you need to throw a meal together.
The building sits in beautifully maintained gardens.The Pool is a great temperature and a great space. secure plenty of sunbeds and room enough to have your own little corner
The review about the construction work naturally made us want to speak to the owners before our stay, Roy was very honest and advised us of the current status of the construction which I am happy to say did not put us off or more importantly did not spoil our stay in fact the sunrise is something else and we were both amazed how lovely the view was.
Roy and Janice are very welcoming and helpful with a great knowledge of the area. We will definitely book with them again.

We rented the apartment for one week in late September 2014. It was described as having “stunning sea views” and the main picture (photo 1 of 22) on the website did give that impression. However, we were shocked on arrival to find that two tower cranes on a building site immediately across the road from the apartment completely spoiled the sea view. There was noise from the cranes and from the building site during the day, which ruined our enjoyment of the apartment and its terrace. In September 2014 it seemed as though only the basement of the new building had been constructed, so in 2015 it will be higher and it is possible that some of the sea view will be lost. Although I sympathise with the owner for having this new development on his doorstep, I think it is utterly wrong of him not to have updated the photographs on the website – he has not done so even now (April 2015) which is over one year after the cranes appeared (according to him). Of the 22 photos on the website, numbers 1 (the main one showing the sea view), 4 and 11 are not fair representations, unless the cranes have already disappeared (which I doubt). If they have disappeared and the building works are completed, you should expect to find a large new building between the apartment and the sea, possibly blocking the view. Inside the block the nearest lift was out of action for our whole week and the parking in the basement garage is quite tight - just about OK for a medium sized car. The communal areas form an open quadrangle backing onto a steep hill, which makes them sombre. The apartment itself was generally clean and is very bright, but the sunlight showed that the shelves and some other surfaces were dusty. The kitchen and second bedroom look onto the hillside and are consequently very dark. All of the flat's amenities worked OK, but the kitchen is dated and some of the oven equipment was dirty. The circuit breakers had tripped some time prior to our arrival and some food left in the freezer had more than defrosted and pervaded half the apartment with a bad smell for a day or so, until we scrubbed the freezer clean a couple of times. The two bathrooms were clean and modern and the linen provided was also clean and sufficient. The beach equipment and towels were fine. In all other respects the apartment was satisfactory during our stay, but our abiding memory of the apartment was the building site immediately in front and consequently we do not recommend it as a holiday let.
We had a great stay in this apartment, with one of the highlights being our meals on the balcony looking at the view. The owner, Roy, met us as arranged & provided us with all the touristy type information we needed plus some food which allowed us to have a lunch before heading out to the local supermarket.
There are lots of coastal walks in the area which are very easy to undertake. We also enjoyed the nearby seaside towns.
Spent a wonderful week here and was very happy with how nice the apartment was ,the stunning views and the area. There are several close places to eat out in this region and lots to do especially for walks or bike rides. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back again to this apartment and region.
The property is located overlooking the Platja San Pol in Sant Feliu de Guixols.The beach, part of the up market resort of S'Agaro, is a 5 minute walk. S'Agaro is home to the world renowned Hostel Gavina. From there you can walk on the Cami Ronda round the headland to the unspoilt beach of Sa Conca. The port and centre of Sant Feliu is 10 - 15 minutes walk away, with its beach, shops and market. The larger resort of Platja D'Aro is a 10 minute drive away, where you will find the long beach, water park, major shops and extensive night life.
A little further afield are the other beautiful bays and resorts of the northern Costa Brava including Calella de Palafrugell, LLafranc, Tamariu, Tossa, Rosas and Cadaques.
Girona, the provincial capital, is about 35 kilometers and can be reached by bus if you do not have a car. Apart from all the retail facilities you expect from a major city, Girona has a fascinating old town with its Cathdral, University and Jewish quarter.
The town of Figueres, famous for Salvador Dali's Museum, is approximately 50 kilometers away to the north. Gala Dali's castle at Pubol is also nearby.
This part of Catalunya is rich with medieval villages dotted around the mountainous countryside. Nearby examples include Pals and Besalu.
The city of Barcelona is about 90 kilometers south and can easily be reached by bus.
The Pyrenees can be reached by car within an hour for both walkers and skiers
