About Odile or Agnès
I renovated this house and I want you to feel home in it. While you will enjoy the garden and the surroundings, I will be observing the fauna in a maritime journey from Brittany to Greenland! I hope you will spend nice holidays.
Odile or Agnès purchased this House in 1980
Why Odile or Agnès chose Adamville
I live in this house all year round. Indeed, I was born in Saint-Maur. It is a very quiet town nestled in a Marne bend and has all the advantages of a town but not the inconveniences. It is very close to Paris for your visits. At the end of the day, you will find back the pleasure of a green and cool garden or barbecue meals.
What makes this House unique
Comfortable and functional, this house is full of charm. My friends say it is “Zen”. It is very bright, each bedroom is well served, all the bedding is new, there are 2 toilets and 6 adults and a baby can live here with all the necessary space.

Super cute and convenient
The house was easy to find, street parking was easy-ish but not the fault of the owner as there was a lot of road work going on at the time, and super sweet owner who showed us around. Odile was LOVELY to our three children and very helpful in getting us information about the metro and RER and the summer closures. The house was beautiful, clean, and had lots of fun character. We didn't use the kitchen but it is well stocked with cookware should you like to cook. Oh and the garden! So beautiful. If we weren't there to visit Paris I could have stayed all day in the garden. All in all it was perfect for the 5 of us.
We enjoyed staying at your place. We had restful night and we transitioned easily into a morning routine. The location was very quiet and private
Great location, great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a quick train ride into the city and a quaint neighborhood with many conveniences and restaurants. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean and appropriate. Felix was a great host! The backyard garden was charming. We would stay here again!
Thank you Sheri, welcome when you want !
Wonderful house, perfect for visiting Paris, hosted superbly by Felix!
We loved staying in this house full of character and charm and so easy to access central Paris on the RER. Felix was so helpful and quick to help as our host. The garden is delightful and we enjoyed exploring the local neighbourhood beside the River Marne as well as travelling into Paris. It was perfect for our family of two adults and four children. Many thanks!
Felix sends his regards and will be happy to welcome you back !
Thank so much for your message.
Great house and location
Our family of five had a great stay in this house. Good location, convenient for visiting Paris each day. Plenty of space for two adults and three kids. Very accommodating hosts! Loved our visit!
Thank you John, come back anytime !
Lovely house, very convenient for Paris
We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was good so sitting in the garden on the first evening and then the following mornings was lovely. We didn't explore the local area much - went shopping for a quick meal first evening and I went for a run along the Marne one morning - as we were really there to visit Paris. The RER is reasonably close, about 10mins walk.
Our stay in the house itself was comfortable, everything worked and 'checking in' was easy, meeting Felix (Odile's son) for the keys.
Next time we visit Paris we will certainly check if the house is available again.
Thank you so much !
All Paris 15 minutes from home. All shops 5 mins walk, baker, tobacco, 100m market.
At very close by the River Marne, hiking trails, Vincennes forest, lake and boat rides. St Nicolas Church, classified thirteenth century in Old St Maur.
Nice market every day except Monday.
