The apartment is located a step away from the Seine, very close to the Marais and the Bastille. At just a short walk away (few minutes) you can find museums, restaurants or the Bastille Opera. Less than 50m away there is a food store that closes at 10pm. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 5-floor building created in the XXth century. The entrance is secured by a digi-code. The surface is 35 square meters, there are 4 windows that overlook the street; the living room has an open kitchen and is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, while the bedroom has a queen size bed (140cm). The bathroom (which includes the toilet) is equipped with a shower. Wifi internet connection is provided.

A comfortable, well located Paris apartment for the three of us

The apartment was clean and well maintained. It was in a central location very near the Seine and the subway. There are small grocery stores very close to the apartment. It has a dishwasher and clothes washer. The owner was very gracious and responsive. He gave us useful information about the area. All in all, a good place to stay.

Nice 4th floor walk up near Pavillon de l'Arsenal

Charming 2 room apartment in the 4th arrondissement . One bedroom and one living room efficiency area with a trundle bed. Not too updated, but very clean and still very nice. WIFI, TV, serviceable kitchen area, and washing machine in the bathroom. It's a 4th floor walkup so that might be an issue for some. Nice quiet section on the Boulvevard Morland and just a few blocks from the Sully- Morland metro stop. There's a great restaurant about 75' from the apartment and a little grocerystore about 75' in the other direction. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Bastille Plaza and walking distance to much of what Paris has to offer. The owner, Pierre speaks fluent English, and was responsive to emails and phone calls and very pleasant to deal with. If I were to go back to Paris, I would definitely try to get that apartment again.

Beautifully located, clean and safe apartment

I stayed in the apartment on Bld Morland for two weeks in December 2015. The apartment was fully equipped, secure and warm. Pierre provided a warm and informative welcome. The apartment is located about a twenty minute walk from Notre Dame. I had a wonderful time exploring Paris with the apartment as my base. There is an amazing boulangerie a couple of doors away with fresh coffee to boot! The Apartment was clean, well maintained and very warm. It is located on a busy street so there is some traffic noise but ts is to be expected for a city apartment. I look forward to returning soon!

Safe, Charming, and Convenient!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment over the New Year's holiday. The apartment itself is very well put together and maintained; is very convenient to two different metro stations; is situated between many shops, attractions, restaurants, bakeries, and eateries. It is full of light and has very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Even though we were there during a very busy and crowded time to be be in Paris, we felt very safe in our adorable apartment. It was easy to get to and was secure against the outside world. Pierre was phenomenal! He is prompt, kind, incredibly helpful, and is very fair in pricing his rental. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back to Paris, we will try to book this flat from Pierre. I recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit Paris. That said though, there were several flights of stairs that might not be suitable for people with disabilities or someone who is gravely out of shape. However, we found the stairs to be easy to manage and are extremely satisfied with our stay!

Charming, Romantic Apartment!

My husband and I stayed at this charming, beautiful, romantic apartment in November. The whole apartment has beautiful windows all the way across making the ambiance inside bright and cheery. The neighborhood is nice and seems very safe. Many grocery stores and close to Marais (great shopping) the Seine, museums and restaurants. I agree with all the good things the other reviewers have to say about this apartment. But the most impressive thing of it all was the owner Pierre. Pierre was so very gracious and helpful to us. I was very upset when we arrived in Paris because I had left my purse behind at a train station (in another country!) and we were locked out of our funds for a while. Pierre went so completely out of his way to help us in so many different ways. He is an intelligent and very kind person. With his help, I got my purse back completely intact! We will always be grateful to him for helping so much. Diana and Gordon
