The uninterrupted View out to sea from the Balcony is fabulous and the ideal way to relax and take in the summer sun at any time of the day.

Sleeps 5 (inclusive of cot).

2 large bedroom house with private terrace and balcony, set in a quiet, small development with landscaped gardens, large shared pool and stunning sea views over Coral Bay. If you require larger accomodation then we do have contact with other owners to facilitate this.

Located in the town of Peyia with shops, bars and restaurants only a few minutes away, and Coral Bay 5 min away.

The newly furnished accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a modern family bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. washroom. It benefits from air conditioning throughout which is included in the rental price, a pressurized water system, and is fully serviced with electrical items such as TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron etc.

To the front of the property (south facing) is a large terrace on the ground floor and a small balcony off the main bedroom at first floor. These benefit from all-day sunshine and views over the large pool area and out to sea. To the rear is private parking

This is a small quiet complex offering a haven for a relaxing holiday in clean and modern accommodation. There is plenty of space on the complex so it never feels overcrowded. With excellent facilities and convenient location, this offers an ideal spot for couples and families alike. We provide garden furniture and a barbecue, and other home comforts to hopefully make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Travel cot available on request. A TV is also installed to keep up with all your favourite UK programs. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Non-smokers are preferred.

The terrace, balcony and complex are predominantly south-west facing and therefore benefits from sun all day long. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and adequate bathing areas with sun beds and parasols provided for use by the residents. The landscaped gardens are attended to weekly to ensure they remain clean and tidy. Lighting is provided at night to illuminate the pool, pathways and entrances.

3 golf courses are situated in the area all within a 20 - 40 minute drive of the villa. The main 2 golf courses are at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos, and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.

Skiing is available in the nearby Troodos mountains during the winter season (Dec - Mar) weather depending of course!

Jet 2 / Ryan air and EasyJet flights from Manchester/Leeds Bradford to Paphos available now as well as many low cost airlines for airports across europe.

Travel from Paphos airport to the house takes approx 25 - 30 min by taxi or hire car. You will travel through Paphos and up the coast road via the Tomb of the Kings, Kissonerga and on to Coral Bay. Driving is easy in Cyprus (on the left as in the UK). Car hire is not essential but is recommended.

Peyia is ideally located for easy access to the resort of Coral Bay where there are a wide variety of modern shops, contemporary and traditional restaurants and local amenities, including facilities for young children.

Wonderful location, quiet complex in a central location that is close enough to explore Paphos

Fantastic holiday accommodation was good, could do with a fresh paint but I know when people holiday in others property how much abuse properties get so not a major issue for us. No tv or wifi until someone from complex helped us but to be fair to owner he attempted to rectify this from Uk-not a big issue as it made is relax more!

We loves the local area and this property away from main tourist my parts which we love! One of our four year old twins has autism and the quietness of location and pool suites us perfectly. Hiring a car is a must to see more of the local villages etc.

Lovely property in a great location

A lovely property with everything that we needed, it is in a perfect setting with well maintained grounds and pool. If you want a relaxing break this has everything, comfortable accommodation, peace and quiet and wonderful views. It is near local shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay, with it`s sandy beach. We also found quiet beaches and unspoilt villages a short drive away, there is so much to see in Cyprus and this is the perfect location for you to do this.

We would recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Well equipped and presented, it was perfect

We have travelled extensively around the Mediterranean but this was our first trip to Cyprus and we could not have made a better choice of accommodation.

This was our honeymoon (we have been together 20 years so thought it was about time!) and as always we wanted to be away from the nightclubs and any rowdiness at night.

A friend of ours owns No9 Irini Gardens but that was already booked but she organised this for us and we booked online through HomeAway.

We had a hire car for the week from the Airport (used Elephant and they were very good) and suggest that it is pretty much a necessity.

Cyprus seems to be one of those places where you can have pretty much the type of holiday you want. We wanted a mix of relaxation, exploring and historical/heritage sites. We had all of these and a great 'base' at Irini Gardens.

The complex looks exactly like it does in the photos..clean pool (a bit nippy on an October morning however!) and the live-in neighbours were a friendly lot as well.

Great food away from the sea front tourist traps...get up into villages where the Tavern hospitality and food quality/quantity and prices are so much better.

Fabulous house and the perfect relaxing pool.

We stayed here at the end of March for a week over Easter and had a lovely holiday. The house was perfect for us and the view out to sea when we woke up on the first morning was fantastic. Local shops and many restaurants are all close by with plenty of choice. The beach is lovely and the beach restaurant was perfect for a lunchtime beer and sandwich overlooking the sea. - free wi fi in nearly all the bars which is handy too! The pool area at the house was very well kept, very secluded and quiet. Would recommend the Peyia Tavern for amazing local food and house wine!!

Lovely House in Excellent Location

We had a lovely one week stay in this property in Peyia last year. The house is delightful, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The development was peaceful. The local village is quaint with nice eateries, serving traditional food at a very reasonable price. There is also an amazing bakery for breakfast pastries. The swimming pool on the development is lovely and we spent several days lounging here and cooling off in the pool. The views from the balcony towards the sea were amazing. We also enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace one evening. We visited the nearby sandy beach and there was a great selection of restaurants and bars within a short drive. We would highly recommend a visit.

Peyia is a small village located just outside the resort of Coral Bay and all amenities are within close proximity.

It is a 30 minute drive from Paphos Airport and the house is situated near a very picturesque village. It is perfectly located to explore the local area and has all amenities required within either a short drive or walk.

Whether you want a beach, activity, ski or golfing holiday the local area and amenities appeal and cater for all needs. It is a beautiful part of Cyprus and has everything you need on your doorstep for a fantastic holiday.

The resort of Coral bay is within 5 minutes and has a wide variety of modern shops, contemporary and traditional restaurants and local amenities, including facilities for young children. It is rarely over crowded even at the peak of summer which allows you to enjoy yourself at your own leisurely pace.

The stunning beach is a 5 minute drive from the house at Coral Bay, or Corallia Beach which is next door has better facilities for children and has a quiet but enjoyable feel to it.

The village of Peyia is also self sufficient with a variety of restaurants and bars to chose from. It also has local supermarkets, banks, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy and all your modern day requirements including Free WI-FI in most places now. The Peyia tavern is a delight offering a 8 course tapas menu and all restaurants and bars are child friendly.
