Large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with south facing water view near I4 ideal for Disney

Freshly decorated and refurnished (April 2016) modern 3 bedroom condo in a gated community with heated community pool, hot tub, gym and free parking. It has an ideal location within Terrace Ridge having a south facing porch with water views directly across from the community pool and clubhouse.

The condo is located on the ground floor with patio doors and screen onto the south facing porch area with water view. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunshine, watch the local wildlife and catch the sunsets. The pond contains both fish and turtles. The turtles have been known to venture out for a stroll.

The living dining area has a 50 inch smart TV and HD Verizon package, three new quality leather sofas including a sofa bed and a dining table for 6. The computer bench has a computer and printer with loads of space for your laptop to connect to the fast free broadband or directly into the router or charge your other devices. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ice making fridge, cooker, over the stove microwave, crock pot, kettle, George Foreman grill, toaster, sandwich maker, ceramic pots and pans and a coffee station with both a Keurig coffee maker and filter coffee machine.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with 43 inch smart TV and seating at window. There is an ensuite shower, double vanities and a walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a 40 inch smart TV and Bedroom 3 is Mickey themed with a 32 inch TV. All rooms have ceiling fans with the Master and Queen bedrooms' being remote control.

There is an electronic security safe for guests' use.

The condo will be equipped with a full size bar of soap, liquid soap and four toilet rolls in each bathroom at the start of your trip. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing up liquid and a roll of kitchen towel. After these supplies are exhausted guests are required to supply their own.

The separate laundry room is equipped with a full size washing machine and a tumble drier. Washing machine detergent is supplied for at least five washes.

Towels are provided including pool towels.

Entrance is by coded electronic lock with a one push and turn locking facility and there is an additional keyed lock to double lock the door if guests wish. There is no need to go to a management agency to pick up keys you can head straight to the condo from your arrival in Orlando and start your vacation immediately.

Access to the heated pool, hot tub and gym area ( 2 treadmills, 1 bike and X-trainer) is by access card (2 of which are provided inside condo) which can also be used to operate the condominium gates to save entering the code.

There are NO additional resort fees payable on arrival.

After almost 20 years of family holidays to the Disney and Universal theme parks staying in hotels and private rentals all round the various resort areas we decided to get a more permanent base in the area so that we could ensure the quality of the facilities and the standard of accommodation which we found, sometimes, could leave a lot to be desired.

Why Andrew Napier chose Davenport

We chose Terrace Ridge because it fitted all the criteria which were important to us such as a year round heated swimming pool big enough to enjoy a swim, a hot tub and gym facilities with convenient access to the I4. This allows fast access to all the parks and shopping in the area with the advantage of a local Publix within a mile of the condo directly on the route home meaning no timely diversions are required when food and supplies are needed with the added advantage of several small fast food outlets which can be so convenient on occasion.

It is also within 1 mile of Reunion and 2 miles of Champions Gate with it's world class golf and numerous restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

We chose this condo because it has 3 large bright double bedrooms with the open plan living dining and kitchen area separating the Master from the other bedrooms. It's south west facing aspect over the pond at the rear allows the covered patio area the benefit of the sun for the majority of the day and the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful sunsets which are a feature of the beautiful Florida weather whilst doing some al fresco dining.

The condo is ideally located within Terrace Ridge as it is directly opposite the clubhouse and pool with a 30 second stroll back to the condo from a day at the poolside or a quick dash back for some refreshments if you choose not to use the cool boxes supplied in the condo or the fridge and kitchen area in the clubhouse.

The home was furnished beautifully. There was plenty of kitchen utensils to cook your own meals. The use of Netflix was nice. It was conveniently located from shopping and the Disney parks. The owners were gracious and very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. If ever I am in the area I would love to stay again. Thanks Elspeth!

Great place. Spacious, clean, and well decorated.

Our family of 5 syayed here April/May 2018 and loved it from the moment we walked in. Well taken care of and the best Disney themed condo we have stayed in. Our kids loved it. Owners provide great communication and checked on us while we were there. Only bad thing I can say is we had to leave and go back home. Highly recommend this place. The Pas, MB Canada.

Wonderful place to stay in Florida

We had a wonderful vacation and loved the condo. We loved being on the bottom level and right across from the pool. It is beautifully decorated and all the little extra items the owners thought of made it even more enjoyable. The living room had plenty of room for our family of 7 and would love to stay here again on a return trip.

Great family place

We had a great time. This condo was in a quite neighborhood. The pictures describe the property perfectly. Lots of extras were provided that made our week that much better. Elspeth was great in her responses and taking care of any issues. A grocery store was very close. Getting to the parks was very simple. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Thanks for getting in touch and I am delighted to give you a review for your new listing, can't wait to revisit.

Condo was spacious and in an ideal location 30 seconds from the lovely warm pool and close to the I4 for access to Disney and Universal. Shortcut to Animal Kingdom was amazing, we were at the parking in 10 minutes from leaving Terrace Ridge.

The highlight of this condo for us was the quality of the mattresses and sofas, don't know if it was because we were tired but I had the best sleeps I had in years in that massive King size bed.

Hope to be back in 2018 and will be booking early to ensure we can stay at your place again, your communication and advice on top of the wonderful condo makes it a must.

The property is ideally located for access to the I4 which gives fast access to the area attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal and both sets of Premium outlets as well as Legoland and Busch Gardens to the south .

Locally there is a Publix, CVS and several smaller outlets such as McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, Subway, Papa Johns, Chinese food take away, Barbers, Hair Cuttery, Liquor store, small cafes and a nail parlour within 1 mile.
