BACKGROUND STORY: Exploration Cabin is a fully restored original work of Old Estes Park, Colorado. It is new to the VRBO community.
The space has a rugged frontier spirit. It features map room, coffee bar, and old-growth hand-crafted wood. It's decor was inspired in part by a grizzled-old miner of minerals needed for good health. It's fit for glamping kings and queens.
Exploration Cabin is superb in every way. It affords guests an unique opportunity to experience authentic Colorado mountain village life - and endless outdoor mountain adventures - from one easily-accessible place.
It is best suited for couples, friends, and small families seeking renewal, adventure, and natural escape while enjoying best days ever, a trip of a lifetime, and dream vacation come true.
THE AREA: Exploration Cabin is at the heart of a storybook picture-perfect natural setting. Bright sunny mornings, moonlit evenings.
The cabin is staked below rocky crags and cliffs of Little Prospect Mountain. It's on the east side the Big Thompson River. Confluence Park and Fall River are close by too. The area is navigated by foot, bike, vehicle, and horse-drawn carriage. 2 lanes divide This Mountain Life cabins and a wide open river bank.
Guests are renewed and sustained by the gentleness and grandeur of our snowcapped massifs, pine-scented trees and forests, rocky ridges, granite gorges, chaos canyons, alpine lakes, and the sights and sounds of rushing snow-fed streams. Never feeling so alive.
