Newer build, modern, South Mission Beach, premier location just two houses to the sand. Why pay the on-sand price when the views and access are just as good!

This beautiful beach house was completed in the Fall 2016 and has everything you could want for a memorable beach getaway.
It is about 4 blocks south of Belmont park and an easy walk in the opposite direction to the Jetty. A perfect location for a peaceful vacation and also a short ride to the many fun activities in and around San Diego. A quick walk to bike, kayak, paddleboard or boat rentals. A quick drive to Downtown, Gaslamp, Old Town, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Ocean Beach, Point Loma and more.

This house has a complete living room with large flat screen tv, gourmet kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops and dining table. All open concept space leading out to a spacious patio with ocean views. This ground level also has the master bedroom with a large flat screen tv and spa-like master bathroom.
Full size washer/dryer on the second floor.

Towels and linens are provided. There are also beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and an outside shower to rinse after the beach.

There is 1 parking space for medium size car.

The unit has high speed WiFi and cable tv.

Convenient MB

Property was clean, modern, UpToDate and just as pictured. Only complaint was the cable TV system-awkward to use and kept going offline. just hard to use. Great location-great host-will want to come back!
