This home is a gorgeous, new, 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath Home with a Natural Hot Springs well feeding two Private Spas professionally designed by a landscape architect. The spas are located in a private courtyard with a cabana, outdoor fireplace and luscious landscaping.
The lovely furnishings and dinnerware in this home have been carefully selected by an Interior Designer. Serenity is the inspiration for the feeling the designer has created inside. Come and enjoy the restful rejuvenation that soaking in water drawn from a natural hot water well can provide. Here at our home, our hot mineral water rises from our own deep well and pours directly into our spas. It comes out of the aquifer at a temperature of 148 degrees Fahrenheit and is tempered to soothe your being as you soak in the crystal clear, odorless water. You can control the temperature of each pool to your comfort and liking.
Although founded in 1941 and just minutes north of Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs was somehow overlooked in the building binge of the past few decades. This small desert town (population 16,500) is tucked against the Little San Bernardino Mountains, 1100 feet above the valley floor. Desert Hot Springs rests upon a huge alluvial plain that fills the cavity of the ancient Mission Creek, which flows from the snow pack on the majestic peak of Mt. San Gorgonio.
For eons, the runoff water has worked its way down the mountain slopes, filtering through deposits of sand, gravel, rocks and boulders-taking 20 years to reach the confines of the five-mile deep Mission Creek Aquifer. Its waters sizzle up from the deep and are heated naturally by the magma of the earth.
From fissures that extend down to the earth’s molten interior, hundreds of thousands of gallons of this naturally heated water flow back to the surface each day. We invite you to come, relax and enjoy.

We are a self employed couple in the building business. We have built lots of homes in Desert Hot Springs which is about an hour from our home in Redlands. We decided to keep our vacation home because it is located in the hot water area and we were intriqued with digging a well to feed our spa.
The Owner purchased this house in 2006
We enjoy being in the desert climate and soaking in our spa. The sunshine and the flowers blooming in winter are the best.
Nice and cozy house. Decorated well. The courtyard was great. Bed and couches were comfortable.
The guest bedrooms' placement of the TVs were odd (in the closet) but everything else was good.
It would have been better if the check out time was after 1pm. Waking up early during vacation to check out before 1000 and vacate the house felt rushed.
My husband have rented this house 1-2 weeks a year for the past several years. Better than described. It's a beautiful walled compound. Very well appointed and landscaped. Comfortable beds. The fact that our little dogs can come is a bonus. The owners are wonderful. Great value. The mineral spa is spectacular!
We stayed at this house for a week and it was everything as advertised and what we had hoped for. We spent most of our days in the beautiful courtyard. A close drive to the hustle and bustle of Palm Springs. We would definitely choose this home again! Thanks for all the instructions left to make our stay so easy!
We just returned from 2 months in Desert Hot Springs in this remarkable house. Everything was as described, we did have a few minor issues but the owner dealt with them swiftly when they were notified.
Our favorite feature was the amazing hot tub, we started most days with a half hour in it , on the hot days we spent some of our afternoons in the cool tub.
It is a handy location a few minutes drive for groceries and World Gym was also minutes away so we did a temporary membership there for the two months.
We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to rent a vacation home in Desert Hot Springs.
This is a lovely, very private home in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations especially the wonderful, private spa pool in the front courtyard. Thanks Linda!
We enjoyed staying in your house. It was very well decorated,
very clean, spacious, kitchen was nicely equipped .
The spa in the absolute private courtyard was amazing.
