We have had a great time in the flat with my daughter. The landlady was very friendly and explained everything. We found it easy to get in the town and shops and various restaurants were just few minutes from our flat. Great value for money. The apartment was clean, tidy and felt so much like home.

London Gem

The flat was exactly ike pictured. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. WiFi and TV worked well.. Our 13 year oldmgrandson had his own room and loved it. Great access to buses, railroad and the tube. Took about 40 minutes to get to the center of the city. Used oyster card to get around. We all had a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation Home

We had a great stay at this home. It was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable for our family. It was just as described - a very nice apartment perfect for families. The apartment was spacious, even for our family of six. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances. The beds and foldout couch were comfortable. The sun room was great for breakfast before heading out for the day.

The location was also great for families. East Dulwich is a very nice part of the greater London area. It is a quiet respite from the busy city and a great place to rest in the evenings. Lordship Lane has great shops and restaurants. The bus stop is just outside the front gate with easy access to central London via buses or to Peckham Rye station. From Peckham Rye station, Victoria is only 2 stops away. There is a beautiful park across the street from the apartment.

Evee and her staff were very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond to questions and willing to help in any way.

We highly recommend this apartment for any family looking for a safe, comfortable place for a London vacation.

Flat exactly as described and pictured. Great option for a family.

The flat was easy to access and was exactly as described. It has great accommodations for a family. There are towels, slippers, robes, paper products, and plenty of hangers provided. There's a full size fridge and freezer. You can easily get provisions and eat a good breakfast at the flat before heading out for the day. There are grocery options within walking distance of the flat and also on the bus route. You may want to bring your own bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, and washer detergent. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. You can easily get mass transit anywhere you need to go, just make sure you have a good transit app on your mobile device so you can plan your trip. There are good and easy restaurant options nearby too. The pub called the Rye across the park has great food and beer. Doing small loads of laundry is easy. Hang your clothes to dry out on the sun porch. Once you close it up, It gets nice and toasty out there while you're sightseeing during the day.

We had a minor issue upon arrival with a circuit blowing. The flat owner responded immediately and the problem was corrected. The only feedback we have for them is the kitchen sink - the faucet has a slow, constant drip.

You get a lot for the price here. Good, solid accommodations in a good, solid neighborhood. Excellent access to mass transit, grocery outlets, and restaurants.

Great location, great flat

This is a long overdue but well-earned review. I stayed here for a month with my baby, joined part of the time by my parents. With kids flats are so much better than hotels - between having a kitchen, laundry, and place to be after baby's bedtime. This flat is great - we especially loved the sunroom! Is spacious, clean/well-kept, and the owner was not only very quickly responsive to problems (e.g. A blown fuse) but was nice enough to provide some helpful baby items, such as a pack and play and some toys. I can't say enough good things about the location. Many visitors may not be familiar with the Peckham/Dulwich area as it is outside of central London, but it is fantastic - lots of great bars/restaurants/shops, and amazing for families. Everywhere is kid-friendly - it's a lot like Brooklyn, NY, where we are from. The flat is literally across the street front Peckham Rye which is a huge, beautiful park. The local Horniman Museum is also great. Getting to Central London is very easy by bus or train. Some buses leave from right outside the door of the flat, others are a short walk. Two train stations are about a 15 min walk away each. I will plan to stay here whenever I am in London!

This place was seriously amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. This place is absolutely amazing and so is the woman that owns it. There were so many little details that we appreciated so much. Thank you again!!!! . There's a bus stop right out front which is super convenient. There's a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and pubs all a very short walking distance away. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking this place again next time we go to London.

Perfect in Peckham Rye!

Had a Great experience staying at this Southwark flat. Just across the street from the huge Peckham Rye commons. 10-15 minute walk to Nunhead or Peckham Rye train station (to Victoria tube station). Bus stop is conveniently right out front and take-away and Tesco are just around the corner. Beautiful place with spacious rooms and full amenities. I am sure we will be back!
