Situated in the ground floor of a lovely, restored, 19th century building covered with beautiful green glazed traditional tiles (azulejos), next to the financial, business and shopping zone of Saldanha with easy access by car, it is ideal families with children and pets that wish to visit Lisbon's tourist attractions or for businessmen and professors that work in the firms or universities close by.

Recently restored and fully equipped with cable TV and Wifi Internet broadband access, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom, and another with 2 single beds, that can be joined to form another double bed. Both the suite and the main bathroom have bath/shower.

The sitting/dinning room has 3 large windows and receives lovely Jacaranda-filtered sunlight. In the back of the apartment there is a nice decked garden with small Papaya and Anona trees and several other plants, ideal for a drink by the end of the day or for children or pets to play safely.

Beautiful apartment. Everything you could possibly want!

This was an absolutely lovely accommodation in a quiet, convenient location. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden. It has everything that you need which makes it feel like home. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to an enquiries. We would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located spacious apartment

This apartment was excellent. The location was convenient, close to transport and a small supermarket and close to other shops. It was very quiet , clean, and well equipped. The owner, Luis was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent

Three of us stayed for a week in this very comfortable apartment located in a pleasant residential area. We especially enjoyed the garden and its resident wildlife. What a pleasure it was to sit on the terrace enjoying breakfast and planning the day's sightseeing. Luis was helpful and informative throughout our stay. He also recommended a great fado restaurant and the very good Indian restaurant nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped if you wish to self-cater. Delicious pastries and bread are available from the nearby pastelarias, there is a good supermarket opposite the house, and the market is at the end of the street. There are metros and buses a short walk away so it was easy to reach all areas of the city. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon.

But we also have great international restaurants in Lisbon, and we are lucky to have maybe the best Indian ("Zaafran") just across the square and one of the best chinese ("Grande Palácio Hong Kong") at walking distance. And if you also had the opportunity to go to "Senhor Vinho" you may have had a memorable fado evening! Thank you very much for your feedback! What a Delight!

My husband and I spent four nights in this lovely apartment and enjoyed every minute. As frequent travelers, we were pleased to find everything we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The property was very clean, bright and spacious. With a small market across the street, we could easily stock up on food for breakfast and lunch. The location was ideal and the back garden made us wish we had one like it at home. Luis is a charming host and I highly recommend this home if you're visiting Lisboa.

Clean Flat near three metro lines

I stayed at this flat with three generations, kids were aged 3 - 11, myself, and my mother-in-law. The place was wonderful, it had everything we needed. I wish we had been able to enjoy the garden more, but we found ourselves out and about until late in the evening, Lisbon had so much to offer. The flat is not in the center of the downtown, but it is close to three metro lines, which makes getting anywhere simple. It is an easy ramble down a main drag to get to the Lisbon Center, or a quick metro ride. Luis was wonderful, quick to answer all my emails, helped with taxi for our departure, and welcomed us at the flat with a cake and suggestions for our trip. A grocery store across the street is very convenient for meals that we had at home and snacks. The location was also very quiet during the night. Highly recommend Luis and his flat for a holiday in Lisbon!
