The Cool and Relaxing Lounge has twin leather sofas HD Flat Screen sat t.v Unlimited WIFI and shares the Views.There is a small guest toilet at this level.

The Separate and luxurious Kitchen is fully equipped, having all the facilities for self catering, with Dishwasher/ Microwave/ Full Oven & Hob Full fridge freezer Seperatly housed washing machine, filtered drinking water and a welcome pack on arrival. The Open plan stairs lead from the lounge to the Landing area, With the main Bathroom with shower over full bath, central to both bedrooms.

The master has a King size bed, double fitted wardrobes , full length dressing mirror, bedside drawers with reading lamps, Views and over head silent fan for added comfort; There is a built in safe in the master Bedroom.

The Guest bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, central bedside Drawer with reading lamp, double fitted wardrobes and over head silent fan for added comfort.

Private Car Parking is Directly outside. The property offers a high standard through out, redecorated and updated yearly and maintained weekly. Arguineguin is a pretty Coastal Town, An ideal base being Central to all other resorts and 5 minuits by car to the white caribbean sands Anfi. Arguineguin remains unspoiled by mass Tourism and commercialisation, an Ideal Holiday destination for those looking for uncrowded beaches, Traditional tapas and waterside restaurants, with street cafe's in abundance, and a choice of outstanding Restaurants offering great service at local prices.The Area is also perfect for walkers with mountain and coastal walks; The Pretty Coastal path takes you to Patalavaca and the white sands of Anfi, having a further selection of bars and restaurants to choose from on the way.

We Purchased our holiday home because of its location and quality, We holiday ourselves in the property whenever possible. We chose Suzanne as our Property Manager to Care for every aspect of our Home and ensure a great service for our guests, based on her local Knowledge and that she has lived locally and worked in the tourism Sector in Gran Canaria for over 25 years.

We had an excellent Holiday in this delightful Private Holiday Home.

Exactly as advertised and in a great location for a short walk to Arguineguin, with it's lovely and laid back ambiance, busy but not overcrowded, no waiting in the Restaraunts, a lovely spanish village/ Town with all the amenities we needed and wanted, par excellence for dining out and a a very good and varied choice. The service we recieved before and after booking was also top notch, the holiday home is just that, a home and far from a typical rental, We have loved every minute of our stay and we hope to return next January, Many thanks go to Suzanne who excels as a property manager.

Well what can I say! What an amazing property. It was a real treat staying here with my partner. It was our first time visiting GC but we will definitely be back. Especially to stay in this gorgeous house. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed. It was like home away from home. Sue the lady that manages it was very professional and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She has extensive knowledge of Arguineguin and could recommend lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Most days we spent sun bathing on the large terrace. Nice quiet road in a residential area. Arguineguin is a beautiful town that has everything you need. Already searching for flights for next year. See you soon!

Just had another Great Pre - Xmas Break, as we have been to the House Previously, as always the house was great, everything you need, to me & my husband its always looks & feels like a show house, its just like coming home, but you get the great weather, Arguiniguin is changing each time we go over the years, the town is wonderfull with the New Roads , Transport & all the Shops,Bars & Resturants within mins from the House what more would you want, the really nice thing was the New Beach & Walkways again only Mins Walk from the House, all addes to the Beutifull Arguineguin & to top it all Sue the House Manager as always was on hand, and could not do enough for us, looking forwaed to seening you again soon, thankyou again Sue & Keith, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

A super week in the sun

Our apartment in Arguineguin was everything we could have wished for. The property was very clean with everything we needed for our holiday was provided. The kitchen was extremely well fitted out and all the appliances were easy to use as instructions were provided in the apartment. The patio was lovely as it enjoyed the sun for most of the day with a few shady spots if you wanted to get out of the sun. We found the apartment was well situated to visit other areas of Gran Caneria. There were also plenty of local places to eat which were recommended and exceeded expectations. The property was extremely well managed as Sue was so helpful throughout the booking stage and our weeks stay.

A beautifully presented house with everything you could possibly need

We loved everything about the house and the specious terrace.

However what made or stay much less enjoyable was the main road and the sound of constant traffic a couple of hundred yards from the terrace. It was particularly evident in the day time with all types of vehicles including heavy goods lorries and motor cycles using this main road. At night the traffic was of course less frequent but we could not sleep with bedroom window open. Had we known about the road we would not have booked.

We are so very sorry that part of your two week stay was disrupted, after the main road from Arguineguin to Patalavaca was closed for some repairs and a safety checks, resulting in traffic being diverted through our usually peaceful area. You had been having such a great holiday spending all your time on the terrace getting that enviable tan! i know that it must have been disruptive your last few days. It was totally beyond our control and something we had no prior knowledge of. But i know every aspect of your holiday beforehand was perfect; We hope that you can accept our sincere apologies for any problems this may have caused you, and can assure all our future Guests that this was a temporary situation. Arguineguin is a charming fishing town, famous for its sun sets with peaceful beaches and coves. Resorts such as Puerto Rico, Maspalomas, Playa Del Ingles, Meloneras and San Agustin are all within a15 minutes drive or less.The new highway extension allows you to be in Puerto de Mogan in under 10 minutes,.

Our harbor area with its own curved beach is circled by local bars, street caf'es, restaraunts, and local tapas bars .Arguineguin and the house are ideal for walkers, cyclists and active people; The beautiful coastal path walk to Patalavaca and beyond. A few minutes from the house you have a further choice of beaches, coves, bars and resturaunts which leads you to the caribbean sands of Anfi beach.

The town attracts all nationalities, making eating out a great experience at very reasonable prices. There is a local market on Tuesday which is one of the largest on the island and a few mins from the house on Thursday morning is a local market. A regular bus service takes you to all the surrounding areas, including the capital of Las Palmas where you can wander amongst the old town of Veguetta, visiting historical sites including the house of Columbus. Veguetta has a cosmopolitan selection of high end shops as well, and is opposite the sea and international real yacht club .Exploring this safe capital independently is fun. In November, Las Palmas hosts the ARC yacht rally, evening parties are held for everyone to enjoy. February is carnival time in the capital with a Rio style celebration which also visits Arguineguin and makes for a great atmosphere. Gay pride is also a huge hit in Maspalomas during late April- early May . We also have many local festivals throughout the year. Our local Ancora center has a lot to offer both day and night for food and live entertainment in the winter high season and is only 5 mins walk from the house. Water parks and animal parks with dolphin displays are also easily reached, but a days car hire would be an advantage. If you love walking, there is plenty of opportunity close to the house, the lovely mountains have gentle hikes or hard walks. The Norwegien community walk here every day throughout the winter high season, October to May. The weather being a balmy 24 degrees celcius on average, rising to 28 degrees celcius in the following months.The area is blessed with a gentle breeze in the summer months.
