For those that plan to venture outside the immediate area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, The Park City Ski Resort, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall. Simply walk to the bus stop on Heber Ave, or take the Main Street Trolley, to the transportation center and you're off ... for free!
If you come to visit during the summer months, the mountain bike, road bike and hiking trails are endless. You'll be able to come home to relax on the beautiful patio deck with amazing water feature, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or stroll down Main Street.

We love this property because you are within walking distance to everything, including the center of Main St, Ski Access to Quit N' Time Town Lift Ski Run at Park City Mountain Resorts and the Free Bus System to get you everywhere.
Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.
Great place to stay in Park City. Easy walk to restaurants and town shops. Easy access to town lift and ability to ski back to house with short walk. Very comfortable house with well outfitted kitchen. Xfinity cable is nice with ability to DVR football or basketball games and watch them after day skiing. Hot tup pristine and perfect temp. You could probably stay here and not rent a car in SLC.
Family from near and far gathered for a delightful week in Park City over the 2016 Thanksgiving week. Our family of six adults stayed at 421 Park Ave. and it was perfect. So clean and beautifully done. The kitchen was wonderful with great appliances and cookware. Each room was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the location so close to main street and all the activities of old town Park City. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely plan another visit!
When we arrived at 421 Park Avenue, Bo let us know that there was a problem with the internet/TV that may or may not be fixed the next morning. He gave us the option to stay at 202 Ontario instead which is an upgrade. This is what we decided to do and were very happy.
The 421 house is picture perfect and especially so if you want easiest access to Main Street. The 202 Ontario site sits above Main and is not a far walk but a bit challenging for older folks. The view from Ontario is spectacular.
I can tell all that both properties were gorgeous and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would recommend any rental Bo Pitkin is managing.
We had 6 adults and the house was perfect for us. The location is perfect as it is one block off of main street where all of the restaurants, bars, and shops are. We walked everywhere including to the Town Lift to ski and nothing was more than 5 minutes. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for and we really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Bo was very responsive to all of our needs and we look forward to coming back.
This house was perfect ! Bo was very responsive with my inquiry into the property. The check in process was very easy and flexible as was the checkout process. The house was immaculate, very clean and had every amenity promised. The location of the house in proximity to main street and the Town lift was perfect, easy walk, even for kids with ski's. We will be coming back to this property !!!!
We rented this house for a week in July and it was an absolutely delightful place to stay. The location was very convenient to the downtown shopping and restaurants. There was also a hiking trail very close to the house. The interior was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The flowers all over the yard were just beautiful and the hot tub felt great in the evenings. Our 2 children and 2 grandchildren were with us and the 3 bedrooms worked out great. We all look forward to returning again. Bo, the rental manger, was very attentive from the easy check in to our departure. Thank you Bo!!

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
