For those who appreciate refinement, quality and privacy.

A new apartment on the 2nd floor (Top) access by stairs outside in the garden or by elevator. With modern decor, composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, shower and window, a large living room with dining area with table for max 6 people and with windows facing the sea and with access to a balcony. In the living room has a chaise long sofa, LCD w/Cable TV with (BBC), a 2nd sofa that converts into two independent single beds. An independent and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, toast, grill, Coffe Machine. In the balcony, that surrounding the entire living room has a table for four people with a amazing open sea view, without any construction between the apartment and the sea. You can see the lighthouse from city of Lagos which is approximately 20km. The balcony has a movable awning, so you can choose between the shadow and the sun while drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the view. Balcony facing south with sun from morning to late afternoon. Quiet and protected from the usual noise of the swiming pools. Inside Private Parking (uncovered or underground garage). WIFI available. Privileged location. 200m from the beach, 200m from the village center, shops, restaurants and pubs.10 minutes walking to procteted nature area with wood walkways throug natural park (Ria de Alvor).

Why Kelly chose Alvor

It´s my family holiday home. Every summer have 2/3 weeks in the apartment with my family. In winter it´s a fantastic retreat to spend a few weekends. In most part of the year, it´s a pleasure to share this special place with special guests. The sun shines every day in Alvor.

There are many apartments built for business rent and there are homes where the guests feel in your own home. This is the concept of our apartment.

Neat decoration, Quality furniture, Comfort, Cozy, The best location for all who don´t want holidays needing a car. Near to everything. Excellent location in a private and closed condominium with gardens and 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children. The location of the apartment inside the condominium is very reserved and very quiet, away from the usual noise of the swimming-pools. For those who enjoy holidays with refinement and quality with a very good price.

Well maintained and equipped and in an excellent position overlooking the sea with plenty of sun

Ideal position in the complex with a south facing balcony getting the sun for most of the day. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The bars and the beach are only a few minutes walk, plus an excellent supermarket just up the road. All in all thoroughly recommend.

Excellent apartment

Just returned after a two week stay in this excellent apartment. Everything described in the write up about the apartment and the complex were just as stated. Already rebooked for next year. Very easy booking and sorting payment out with Nuno. Met Kelly within minutes of arriving at apartment complex who full explained everything about apartment ,complex , and surrounding area. No one would be disappointed with the village of Alvor, magnificent beach and walkway.

Super location, great apartment

Booked this apartment with Kelly after emailing Nuno the owner. We met Kelly on arrival and found her helpful and informative.

The apartment was ideal,spacious, clean, well equipped and perfectly situated being a 5 minute gentle walk to town centre and lovely restaurants and bars and a similar walk to the beaches.

The pool area was lovely with a separate childrens pool and the water was a lovely temp for swimming. The whole complex is immaculately kept with on-site parking if you have car hire.

There are local bars and supermarkets within 2 mins walk,

.We are in our 60's and thoroughly enjoyed the complex but it also looks ideal for families.

We will certainly be booking this apartment again as we visit Alvor regularly, could'nt ask for more.

Very comfortable, well situated apartment

Lovely, clean, modern apartment, with balcony catching the sun most of the day. Nice view across green area and out to the sea. Very good pool area, with plenty of room for all. Well maintained and attractive gardens. Alvor with all its lovely restaurants and shops only a ten minute stroll away. Kelly, who looks after the apartment, lives in Alvor and was on hand to sort out any queries. Beautiful, clean beach a ten minute walk away, with a very friendly chap looking after the sunbeds. We can also recommend the restaurant on the beach itself.

Alvor is a small and traditional fishing village, located on Algarve, 5km form city of Portimão and 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Alvor has a 4.5km stretch of beach with fine white sand. The beach is clean and safe with beautiful protected areas.

The Alvor Village has traditional houses, cobbled streets and a picturesque harbor with an incredible and unique sunset. The village has a variety of good restaurants with a wide choice and excellent service.

In the village you can find a huge variety of animations with good live music, Karaoque nights for all family, shops and street stands with crafts. Alvor has facilities for tennis, windsurfing and other watersports. Children also have their part with numerous thematic parks and water parks with good access, like Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine and Algarve shopping center.

This apartment with an amazing sea view is located in Vila da Praia (private condominium) , provides security for children play in the gardens and in many lawns in the condominium. Excellent location, You don´t need a car. Situated 200 meters from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and Restaurants located in the Marina / Ria.

This location offers easy access to a number of golf courses just 3 km, also to Portimão, 5Km.

The apartment is in a private complex with a vast area of gardens with two swimming pools surrounded by gardens and palm trees. A large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.

Excellent location for those wishing to spend a holiday without cars and taxis daily. Apartment located in the center of a triangle BEACH / MARINA and CENTER OF VILLAGE where you can enjoy the art of traditional fishing, typical boats and a variety of birds in protected nature. Spectacular site for photography fans, especially in end of the day, with a superb sunset and with splendid terraces where you can have access to a variety of activities, from canoeing, boating, deep sea fishing, boat trip to the caves lakes and hiking circuit-protected area.
