Bas de Villa for rent in Ste Luce, 3 Rivières area (500m from the 3 Rivières Rums) including:
3 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets, each with a 140cm bed, 1 lounge with TV, internet and telephone (reception only), an American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, etc.), a bathroom with Italian shower , a bathroom and separate WC. A magnificent terrace perfectly ventilated and lit will be your living room on which you will take all your meals in the shade of the palm trees which decorate the small private garden in the company of hummingbirds.
MABOUYAS beach (900m (15 mins walk), a supermarket 200m (grocery, bread, newspapers, tobacco and PMU), a small fishing port where you can buy fresh fish and lobster 300m. Restaurants are nearby and the village of Ste Luce 5 minutes by car.
Sheets, hand towels and bath sheets are provided (2 sets per room).
The price of 650 € is for 1 week in high season (January, February, July and August). 550 € the other months.
Allow 100 € for the person who will welcome you zt will do the cleaning

Super Séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille sur cette île paradisiaque. La maison de Cécilia et Claude est vraiment très bien située pour visiter la Martinique. Elle est bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Je la recommande sans hésiter pour de belles vacances. Bas de villa très pratique et bien située

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Bas de villa très bien équipée, 3 chambres avec 2 salles de bain au coeur d'un jardin luxuriant. Plage de l'Anse Mabouya et supérette accessible à pied. Un grand merci pour notre séjour

Vacances en famille ( 5 personnes)première découverte de la Martinique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location très bien placée pour notre découverte de la Martinique Très bon accueil et très bon contact avec les propriétaires Le plus de cette location est cette petite terrasse entourée d une belle végétation où nous avons passés d agréables moments égayés par le chant des oiseaux surtout le matin pour notre petit-déjeuner Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces moments Merci

Maison d'habitation de propriétaire ultra bien équipée dans un quartier calme, bien située pour la visite du sud de la Martinique. A partir de cette maison, nous avons découvert Sainte-Luce, les Anses D'Arlet , le Diamant, les 3 Ilets, Fort de France par le bateau, les anses Dufour et noire, l'Anse à l'âne, la pointe du bout...
