The condo was just redecorated with new paint, carpet, blinds, and kitchen cabinets and appliances in fall 2016. This 1600 square feet condo is on two levels with the master bedroom upstairs. Beds include one king-size, one queen-size, twin and bunk bed (double bottom/twin above), and a pull-out, queen-size sofa. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and beautiful views of Vail Mountain. Guests enjoy use of the three decks (one covered). The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking.
The unit is located in Sandstone directly across from Lionshead in Vail (the gondola) and 15 minutes from Beaver Creek Resort. One hundred yards from a FREE Town of Vail bus stop. Two parking spaces just outside. Check-out cleaning included in the price. Rented by the owner. Great value in both winter and summer!

My husband and I live and work in the Vail Valley.
Shelly Jarnot purchased this condo in 1991
We love the proximity to Vail Mountain -- just a short shuttle ride away. The views are terrific and the location is quiet and convenient.
Free shuttle bus to Vail Mountain and Vail Village.
Well stocked condo with all the conveniences of home.
"Your condo was excellent!
We loved it and had such a great time. We've been coming to Colorado for over 20 years and this is the best condo we've stayed in. We started out renting from friends who owned a condo in Frisco. It allowed us to travel to the various resorts each day but Vail has always been my favorite. Then our friends sold their condo and we've been renting all over but never returned to any of them. We will definitely return to yours if it's still available. It's in a location I'd never have thought of, but you're right, it's better than east or west Vail. The view is the best we've ever had! And it's so spacious and comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent it from you!"

Comfortable accommodations, including well equipped kitchen. Steps away from the free shuttle make this a wonderful location. Close to everything that Vail has to offer.
The condo is well located right next to the bus stop, so getting to the slopes couldn't be much easier. The condo was very spacious and all of the rooms were pretty well dispersed throughout the home. Everything was just as described, if not even better. The wood burning fireplace, with provided firewood, was a very nice amenity. The condo had been recently remodeled which was also very nice. I would highly recommend this place.
Shelly was very helpful. Remodeled kitchen is great
The host was very responsive and the place was well stocked with everything you need, including cooking utensils, sleeping blankets and covers, extra beds and sofa mattress. Bathrooms were awesome, with high pressure, and literally one of the best locations possible! It was <3 minutes to the bus to take to the lift
We stayed for 4 days in February 2016 with our family of 5. There was plenty of space for everyone and the condo was clean and well maintained. Good access to the vail shuttle. We did not store our skis at the house, but it seems like there is room for them. Very informative renters book with local information. Kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a crock-pot. I didn't ask if there was one and would've brought one from home, but we made due. Kids were able to take the shuttle to Vail Village for some evening shopping. The one thing we were unsure about was the payment outside of the VRBO site - all worked out but was a bit unusual.
Stayed Feb 2016. Plenty of room for 5 people (could have slept several more), clean and lots of seats and kitchen equipment. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and a quick ride to the village. Owner was friendly and helpful throughout. Great option for a larger group
