T3 1st floor apartment recently renovated, situated in a quiet residence in the middle of a park, with a beautiful view gardens and sea. The great Argentiere beach is only 100m direct access through the park.

It is equipped for 6 people with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge-freezer, conventional microwave ovens er, flat screen, small electric household appliances etc ....

He has two real bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,

one with a double bed, the other 2 beds of 80cms,

 a new bathroom and separate toilet.

a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, overlooking a terrace of 15m2 exposed Southeast furnished and protected by sliding windows and blinds.

You will have a reserved parking in the building, a local bikes and strollers and you will find there all the basic amenities.

Argentiere is a haven of peace, a beautiful residence on the sea amid gardens with direct access to a long partially shaded beach, bowling and 400m, a bustling port where you will find many activities ( sailing, rental watercraft, diving), daily shuttles to the Iles d'Or and also many shops and restaurants.

The picturesque coastline offers hikers spectacular views and swimming in protected sites. A shady walk. Annamites. will take you to the center of La Londe. Bike paths will allow to discover the region in all sécurité.A also discover the charming seaside towns of Hyeres and the Lavandou and pretty very famous villages such as Collobrieres, St Tropez or even Barjols accessible by bus for a small fee. .

Bon séjour

Séjour à la Toussaint dans cet appartement très agréable à proximité de la plage, bien équipé, lumineux et spacieux avec une agréable Loggia qui peut s'avérer très utile par temps de grand vent! Bon accueil.

Il manque juste le WIFI.

PS En ce qui concerne le WIFI, vous auriez pu utiliser le boitier avec des cartes prépayées qui vous a probablement été proposé.

Uitstekend / excellent

We hebben een zeer aangenaam weekje doorgebracht in het appartement van dhr. Precetti.

Het is een uitstekend ingericht appartement met alle benodigdheden. Alles werkt, alles is schoon, de badkamer en het toilet zijn prachtig vernieuwd. Het balkon is fantastisch. Het is geheel afsluitbaar bij slecht weer en geheel te openen bij mooi weer. De locatie en het uitzicht zijn exact zoals op de foto op de website. De omgeving is erg aangenaam (we zijn voor het derde jaar in dit plezierige dorp geweest en komen hier naar alle waarschijnlijkheid nog wel meer in de toekomst).

Zowel dhr. Precetti als zijn gemachtigde mevr. Brecheux zijn bijzonder attent, zorgzaam en sympathiek en hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf tot een succes te maken. Bedankt daarvoor.

We have spent a very pleasant week in the apartment of Mr. Precetti.

This is an excellently equipped apartment with everything you need available. Everything works, is clean, the bath room and the toilet have been renewed wonderfully. The balcony is fantastic. You can completely close it in case of bad weather and you can completely open it in case of nice weather. The location and the view are exactly as on the picture on the website. The surroundings are very pleasant (we were in this enjoyable village for the third time in a row and we will most likely revisit it in the future).

Both Mr. Precetti and his agent Mrs. Brecheux are very attentive, caring and sympathetic and did everything to turn our stay into a success. Thank you for that.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l’appartement de Mr. Precetti.

L’appartement est bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il nous faut. Tout fonctionne, tout est propre, le salle de bain et la toilette sont renové magnifiquement. Le balcon est fantastique. On peut le fermer completement en cas de mauvais temps, ou l’ouvrir completement en cas de beau temps. L’appartement se trouve exactement ou il est situé au photo sur le site. L’environnement est tres agréable (c’était notre troisième fois dans ce jolie village et je crois que nous reviendront encore plus dans l’avenir).

Aussi bien Mr. Precetti que sa mandataire Mme. Brecheux sont tres attentifs et sympas et ils ont tout fait pour faire réussir notre vacance. Merci pour ça.
