This home was perfect for us. Fabio and Stefania were there to greet us and made us feel at home.
Beautiful view, nice areas to sit outside, very good location and quiet. We would love to stay here again!
A very special Villa centrally located in the Tuscany area. Glorious views, interesting landsca
It was easy to drive too many other locations and towns in the area and wonderful to have this special place to come home to in the evening. Our host was very nice and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay. Loved the chianti wine and wonderful food. Ciao!
It was a real pleasure to host this group of nice and cheerful ladies, rich in interests and good travelers
3 amazing weeks
The panoramic villa was cosy and beautiful. Everything worked well and Stefanie and Fabio where very helpful. We loved our stay, the beautiful countryside and sun going down in the evenigs - it was fab.
Thank´s ………...Sirpa & Kari
Sirpa and her family were excellent guests, they took great care of the house and the garden and left everything in perfect order. Thank you
The Perfect Tuscan Retreat
We loved Stefania & Fabio’s villa. It was perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. Only 17km from the sites and sounds of Florence made for easy day trips; yet set in quintessential Tuscan hills.
We enjoyed the most stunning sunsets and Tuscan vistas every night. So beautiful!
There are wonderful restaurants close by, but you must have a vehicle as none are in walking distance.
If you are a cyclist, you will love this location. We saw cyclists riding solo and in groups (one draft line of about 20-25 cyclists). An amazing sight!
The villa is very clean and much larger than we expected. The 3 bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage space.
Stefania was a gracious host. She responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay (via WhatsApp).
I would return to this villa if I am in Tuscany again. But, the next time, I would stay for 2 weeks instead of 1 week!!
Your sympathy, kindness and education were the qualities that we particularly enjoyed. We thank you for how much you have been able to grasp the characteristics of the house and land. Our best and sincere greetings Stefania & Fabio
Paradise and 2 Angels
My husband, son, and I arrived at the square in Cerbaia and were greeted so warmly by Stefania and Fabbio We followed in our car to their villa. The photos do not do justice to this amazing hideaway in the most perfect Tuscan setting. The home is spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable. I loved the kitchen and it has everything you need. The owners took the time to tell us about the are and have numerous books about Italy. The property is magnificent! You are surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, plants and flowers and a few lemon trees. There is a beautiful patio , large rear deck facing west where you will experience the most amazing sunsets!! All that being said our idyllic vacation was abruptly interrupted when my husband took a fall at a museum in Florence on our 2nd day at the villa. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital with a severe injury to his leg. The medical care was very adequate and his leg was put into a cast and it was determined that he would need surgery when he arrived home. We were blessed to have 2 angels as owners. I called Fabbio late at night fr telephone #'s to Hertz as neither my son nor I could drive the standard car which was parked in a municipal lot outside of Florence. The next morning I wrote Stefania and Fabbio an email explaining what happened. We were undecided as to what to do as my husband could not get around at all. Fabbio and Stefania were very concerned and offered to help in whatever way they could. I had great comfort knowing that. Making phone calls was difficult without speaking Italian. Fabbio was able to locate an automatic car in Florence which is a rare commodity in Italy particularly when you don't reserve in advance. All I had to do was call and confirm the reservation !The next day Fabbio met us at the villa at 8 am before he went to work and drove us to Florence. His helpfulness made it possible for us to stay and enjoy the rest of our vacation. We would never have stayed if we were in in a hotel. My husband enjoyed sitting on the deck while my son and I did a couple of days of sightseeing. We were able to shop in San Casciano at a wonderful market with fresh, delicious products. We cooked in and enjoyed the sunset every night. We rented crutches at the local pharmacy. Stefania was willing to return them so my husband could use them to get into the car to go to the airport. Although the vacation was not exactly what we planned , we experienced Tuscan living and people at its best! Mille grazie
Dear Bernadette, we are very sorry that the incident happened and prevented you from making a complete holiday, so we hope that your husband is feeling better. We are pleased that you still enjoyed the stay in our house and we thank you very much for the kind words. It 'been a pleasure to have you as our guests, our home will always be open to welcome you, we hope you come back to deepen the knowledge of Tuscany. A warm hug Stefania and Fabio
GREAT LOCATION AND VIEW
This charming and very clean villa was our home for 1 week in September 2014. The owners welcomed us and walked us through the home. The rooms are spacious and the view of the Tuscan hills is gorgeous. There is a good sized super market close by and the kitchen was well equipped, so we ate in 2 nights. Also found several wonderful local restaurants. It's in the quiet countryside and a nice respite after sight seeing all day. It is about 1/2 hour from Florence by car. We also took a day trip to Venice, a 2 hour train ride from Florence. Also visited the village of Greve and took 2 all day wine tours. Didn't get there, but it's about 45 minutes from Pisa. Would definitely recommend this villa as a rental. Thank you Fabio and Stefania for sharing your beautiful home. Ciao, Three very happy couples!
