This unique property has unparalleled views of Notre Dame and the Seine. Located in a wonderfully restored 18th century building with elevator, the apartment is situated on the third and fourth floors. The living area is on the ground floor of the apartment with a large living room featuring high ceilings and original wooden beams elegantly decorated with antiques. There is also a cheerful separate kitchen complete with modern appliances. The marble shower room is located on this level. The living room has three windows with incredible views of Notre Dame, the Ile St Louis and the river.
The three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed with two windows overlooking the Seine and Notre Dame. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also overlooks Notre Dame. The third bedroom is courtyard facing with a double size bed. There is a large marble bathroom and a separate powder room on this floor.
The apartment was decorated by a San Francisco based interior designer and combines the best of French sophistication and charm while integrating standards of American comfort.

thank you for a delightful stay at the flat at Quai de Montebello. The flat was sumptuous and inviting and a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing and exploring. Just as importantly, your warm hospitality and responsiveness to our inquiries and requests help to make our stay in Paris exceptional. Truly, I am not sure how we would have managed in Paris without your assistance, and certainly we will contact you the next time we travel to there.
My husband, 3 young children and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. First, the view of Notre Dame is breathtaking and unobstructed. It was such a treat seeing the gorgeous view day and night. The apartment was very comfortable and very centrally located to all the Paris attractions. We've been to Paris six times and I'm only sad we hadn't found this apartment sooner. We will definitely stay here again! Eirwen was very helpful coordinating our booking and answering questions. Sophie met us at the property to let us inside and was very nice as well. She even booked our transportation for us on departure day with Robert "the taxi" (though it's a large luxury van). Robert was wonderful...right on time, had a spacious and clean van and even escorted us up to the Eurostar check-in counter so we wouldn't get lost. You will not regret staying in this wonderful apartment!!
My husband and my immediate family (parents, brother) stayed in this centrally located apartment for 6 nights. The reservation coordinator, Eirwen, was extremely helpful in booking the apartment and very flexible in allowing part of the group to check-in when my own flight was delayed. The location of the apartment is excellent! It is a short distance to many forms of public transport including the RER, metro and bus. Because it is across from Notre Dame, you can also easily access sight-seeing tours like the open top bus we used. It is also a stone's throw from many delicious bakeries and restaurants in the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain.
The apartment is a duplex and we were glad to have air conditioning on both levels. It did seem that the air conditioner worked better on the second level though. We did a lot of cooking for breakfast and lunch and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. The seating in the living room was adequate but, after walking 8 miles or so each day we would have loved more comfortable chairs. As it was, there were plenty of seats for all of us to relax after sightseeing.
Eirwen, Sophie and the young lady who checked us out at the end of our stay were very helpful! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a prime location with plenty of room for a group of 5-6 people. Thanks for making our visit to Paris great!
My husband, I , and our three sons, 18,21,23, stayed in this incredible apartment for 4 nights. The area was in a great location for walking around, shopping, restaurants, and we felt very safe at night also. Easy access to all the sights in Paris. Harriet greeted us upon our arrival and was very helpful, she recommended a great little pub down the street to our boys. The air conditioning was a little tricky, make sure you get instructions before Harriet leaves. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely recommend this apartment!
I recently stayed at this lovely flat with my 2 sons (ages 17 and 20), my niece (age 18), and my Mother and Sister In Law. First of all, the location can not be beaten. I have stayed in the Latin Quarter several times and consider it my "home" in Paris. It is a quaint area and it a "real" neighborhood. Home to scholars (the Sorbonne is located nearby) and locals alike. I love it for the outdoor market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Fresh meats, vegetables, seafood, bread, fruit and cheeses, as well as crafts. The vendors are very friendly and love to chat! The area has pharmacies, groceries, bakeries and plenty of cafes. That being said, finding this gem of a flat was a stroke of luck! It is in an old building with tons of character (and a tiny elevator!). It is VERY secure (not that I worry too much about security in this area) with a locked front entry and an interior locked gate, as well. The location is directly across the street from Notre Dame. The view at night is absolutely incredible! The Batobus water taxi stop is just across the street and makes 9 hop on hop off stops. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator is tiny (3 people with no bags, tops!), so plan several trips up and down when you arrive, unless you want to carry your bags up. The apartment has exposed beams and a pretty little fireplace. There is a tiny kitchen, but it is well equipped! It has a microwave, stove, oven, tiny fridge and even a small washer and dryer (tiny loads only! It takes FOREVER to dry!). The fridge was great for bringing back treats from the street market and bottled water from the grocery. Had I wanted to cook (and I was sorely tempted!), I would have had everything I needed. There is a minuscule bathroom on the main floor with a small shower, sink, toilet and NO storage. We could't have managed without it! The living room is large and gave us plenty of room to gather in the evenings. The stairwell is VERY narrow (you can't pass another person going up or down!) and spiral. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were fine. The one facing Notre Dame was larger and had plenty of storage, the twin room was quite cramped, but also had plenty of storage. The third was very small with no storage or view. The bathroom was very large with a tub and ample storage. The property manager is lovely and very accommodating. The flat has AC, which was needed as the temps soared to the 90's several days. Will most definitely stay here again!
The perfect place for five, 50+ women, this apartment is located on the street that borders the Seine directly across from the Notre Dame Cathedral. What a fantastic location! We could easily access major cultural/historical spots as well as restaurants and markets simply by walking. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of the building, but there is an elevator if you do not or cannot take the stairs. A representative from the property management company met us there, showed us around, and then gave us a brief but informative orientation and answered all our questions. She also met with us at the end of our stay....overall a very simple and helpful process. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We had a trip of a lifetime! So glad we chose this listing.
Six of us (husband, son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren, one 10 and one 5 years old) spent 5 nights in this lovely, bright and airy apartment. The location is fabulous--near the Metro, Ile de la Cite, cafes, and a block or 2 away from a bank, supermarket, boulangerie, fromagerie, patisserie, etc. Shopping locally really made us feel like true Parisians! My grandchildren loved shopping at the markets. The apartment is very well equipped and plenty of space for a family. Its convenience helped make our family vacation a real success. Eirwen at Paris Deluxe Rentals was immensely helpful, pleasant and responsive.
