The accommodation is set on the edge of a lovely village with Stunning views of the mountains. This is a perfect setting for exploring the beautiful cities and lakes of Andalucia.The apartment has been built with your ideal holiday in mind, peace and tranquillity at its best. Only 10 min drive from Iznajar and its beautiful lake which has a beach and bar/restaurant. Centrally located for Granada, Malaga, Seville or Cordoba and only 90 min away from the brilliant skiing on the Sierra Nevada.
Large pool, garden and plenty of terraces. the apartments are both well equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday.

About Kath North- Lockwood
I am a true Yorkshire girl. I moved here from the Uk in 2003. I have always been a hardworker in the UK I ran 3 bars all at the same time. I keep the Apartments and all the terraces really clean and I also service the pool and gardens by myself. I was born in Barnsley in 1956 and moving to this cute little village is like the Uk used to be in the 60,s. Our Spanish neighbours are really friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a property with the space to have self catering Apartments. This house was ideal as it had an old building at the back of the house that was the old village hall. The apartments are private and away from the house with a seperate entrance. The views from the pool and terraces are truly amazing for a village. The splendid sunsets we get are different every night and I never get tired of looking at them. We had a wedding blessing here in our garden this year. We decorated it with flowers, bows and lights. It was a perfect setting for all our family and friends.
What makes this Apartment unique
Kayenne is set in a small rural village, with stunning views of the counrtyside from the pool and garden. There is a small supermarket and Bar/Restaurant in the village, both only a few minutes walk away from Kayenne. We are only 20 minutes from the Motorways so we are in an ideal location to tour the splendid cities of Andalucia. Antequera and El Torcal is a must to see whilst your staying here.

Quiet location with a lovely pool
Had a lovely week here in June. Quiet location with a much needed swimming pool. We stayed in the one bedroomed apartment and it was very clean and well equipped.
The bar in the village is handy and serves some nice tapas and evening meals. Iznajar is only about a 10 minute drive away and has a few restaurants.
We visited Antequera and stayed overnight in Seville which is just over 2 hours away,

It would be hard to imagine a more pleasant experience than our stay at Kayenne in Fuente del Conde in April 2016. Hosts Kath and Kevin made us feel at home immediately. Our two-person unit consisted of a combination living room/dining room/kitchenette, bedroom (two twin beds), and bathroom. Everything was in perfect condition. The shutters blacked out the light, silenced any noise, and kept the rooms cool, but, when opened, allowed light to fill the rooms most agreeably. I say "any noise," but the surroundings generated very little noise, and the clucking chickens and sporadic barking of dogs that we did hear only added to the charm of the village. We spent most of our time on the roof deck above the unit taking in the sweeping picture postcard view: dramatic rock mountains in the distance, the castle town of Iznajar to the left, and rolling hills and valleys covered with olive groves all around. Our stay began with one whole day and night of rain--totally fine with us since Spain can always use rain--but being from a similar climate in California we knew that when the sun came out it was going to be great, and it was: deep blue sky, bright sun, and visibility forever, with gorgeous sunsets the next few days. We enjoyed the roof dec so much we spent very little time in the lower grounds, perfectly tended, with an inviting swimming pool and more patio decorations all around in the Andalucian style, plus more pleasing views of the rolling hills. The village has a small supermercado that was sufficient to our needs; up the road the restaurant bar/local hangout is literally more than anyone could ask for so far removed from anywhere else. We took our morning coffee there on one of the open terraces, and dined there twice in the enclosed terrace on food much of which I have to think came from the local environs, if not right next door to the restaurant. Who would ever expect such a fine vacation rental snuggled so deep in the southern Spanish countryside? In this day and age of tourist overkill, it was literally a dream come true. Even our Madrileño Spanish friends had never heard of Iznajar, as much a worthy tourist destination, in my estimation, as any other in Spain, especially if you like places where the people seem to have figured everything out and are happy to share with you their satisfaction. Kath and Kevin, may the force be with you for picking such a pleasant spot in the world to share your hospitality.
Nearly perfect place to rest and enjoy.
Kayenne is a beautifull location, accomodaded with all you need: nice appartment, swimming pool, games, intimate places for breakfast and dinner, ...
The owners are present when you need them and are very helpfull, giving advice where needed but not disturbing your privacy.
Surrounded with mountains, olive trees, broad horizons it's a restfull place (be it that sometimes too many barking dogs disturb that rest ...).
There's also a little supermarket and a recommendable restaurant nearby.
Marvelous cities can be visited in one or more days: Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, and even Malaga is worth visiting.

the apartments were beautiful in a magical setting
A group of 6 friends enjoyed the relaxing , peaceful setting the gorgeous large pool complete with lillo's stunning mountain views and a 2 minute walk to a fabulous bar serving very good food and generous drinks and great value. Kath was more than helpful a perfect hostess yet not intrusive at all Thank you for the stay x
Comfortable holiday in scenic surrounding
Complete holiday house with friendly hosts.Village with a very Spanish bar-owner with a taste for good wine and meat. Lake and orchards give wonderful views
Fantastic spot to spent your holidays
Some words: friendly and discreet owners, quiet neighborhood, very well equipped apartment, excellent location to visit Andalucia.
There is an excellent tennis club only 15 minutes away where you can have coaching with one of the top professionals. Try an adventure day with kayaks, quad biking or skiing. Granada airport is the nearest which is about a 45 minute drive away. Malaga airport can be reached in approximately one hour (depending on traffic). Seville airport is approximately 1 and a half to 2 hours drive away. Car hire is highly recommended. Cars can be rented from any of these airports mentioned. Please contact the owner for further information. The bungalows are set on the edge of a popular village. A 2 minute walk takes you to the local bar/restaurant which serves good food and the landlord speaks a little English.
