Wonderful duplex with magnificent terrace is a very central Susona duplex in the famous street in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter next to the beautiful Plaza de Doña Elvira five minutes walk from the Cathedral. It is located in a typical building with a lovely courtyard filled with plants and a central fountain. The duplex is on the first floor a nice living room with sofa bed, a dining table and chairs and French doors and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The second floor has another bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds from which you access to a wonderful terrace, a place to enjoy the tranquility, with plants, covered with awnings, relaxation area with deck chairs, shower and barbecue. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating, internet access and everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Seville.

This apartment is so centrally located that we could walk everywhere. It was neat, clean, well stocked and an absolute gem. The owners, Isabel and Francisco wer wonderful and the whole process was easy, stress-free and exactly as stated. I highly recommend this for any group of people-we were 6 women-and with the 2 bathrooms and the lovely terrace, it was ideal. Thanks to Homeaway, we were very pleased.

Perfect! In every way, this apartment was perfect, the booking and Paypal transfer went smoothly, the host gave us metro directions and met us at the apartment and it was absolutely the perfect location, the facilities were lovely, neat, clean, perfect location-did I say that already? But it is true, we were able to navigate the entire city from our apartment and walk everywhere, it is ideal. I would love to have the opportunity to come again to this city and stay in this location every time. We were 6 women and it suited our needs perfectly,comfortably and without breaking our budget. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing 2 Bedroom apartment - Loved our Stay!

This is a nice, central yet quiet apartment within striking distance of all Seville's tourist attractions. It is well equipped and nicely furnished. The apt was great but the terrace made the stay even better. The owners were charming, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom apartment that is perfectly located in the Santa Cruz district.

appartement idéalement situé pour parcourir Séville à pied la terrasse est géniale à toute heure

Le plus de cet appartement est que calme dans la ruelle alors que proche de tout(douces odeurs sucrées du magasin de Turron en bas nous invite à la gourmandise !!!!)

tout y est propre bien pensé et très fonctionnel

Bien situé, mais ...

Appartement bien situé tout près de l'Alcazar et du centre historique de Séville, plaza de Doña Elvira, calme, avec une belle terrasse, très agréable en automne, mais c'est tout. Restaurants sympathiques et bons marché sur la place. Mais l'équipement intérieur est limite pour la location: plaque électrique défectueuse (1 sur 2 en service), cocotte minute inutilisable (fond déformé), vaisselle totalement dépareillée et ébréchée, draps propres mais pas adaptés au lit 2 places, ampoule électrique grillée, prises électriques déchaussées, chasse d'eau qui fuit et douche de baignoire aussi. La cuisine est exigüe. Bref cela vaudrait 9 mais atteint 7 ou 7,5. Dommage. Propriétaire absent.

Superbes vacances à Séville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Séville. Cet appartement est idéalement placé, très bien agencé, très propre et la terrasse fantastique !!! Il est également très bien situé proche de tout et en particulier de délicieux restaurants à tapas. Nous le recommandons vivement.
