Three full baths sleep 10.Two queen beds with attached bath and two twin bedroom with a hall bath. Sleep sofa in living room. total sleeping for 10 people(We do not rent to groups under 25 years old). Tenant is required to sign a lease. Your second deposit is sent directly to the owner by check or by cash through Pay Pal. We return the security deposit no later than 45 days after checkout. This is because we have to wait until

we receive the the Comcast' cable bill. We deduct any movies rented by the tenant.

This vacation home is three short blocks to the boardwalk and only one block from Kessel's Korner. Kessel's is the famous ice cream and Hamberger restaurant, written up in Philadelphia Magazine. We are directly on a beautiful street with sidewalks, the front of the home is directly on the beach. We offer 4 off street parking spots,and 5 beach tags

The new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and new tile flooring and marble tile backsplash. All three full bathrooms are completely updated,and have fun modern touches.Tenant provides bed linens,towels and beach towels. Remember paper products and plastic bags owner provide 5 beach tags..

All four bedrooms have new modular closet systems, The entire house is decorated in a 'Caribbean vacation' theme. You will enjoy sea breezes and star-filled nights on the covered porch. You have DIRECT ACCESS to the guarded beach. Just walk out your front door onto the beach path. We include some beach chairs and beach tags.

This approximately 2000 square foot home has two 'Master Suites' with queen-size beds and full baths. There are two 'family bedrooms' each with a set of twin beds. The hall bath has a double sink vanity and a separate 'water closet' with the toilet and tub/shower. This allows someone to use the sink while allowing privacy for the person taking a shower.

Convenient location: Walking distance to the famous Kessel's Korner! (Ice cream, breakfast, lunch & dinner) Written up in Philly Magazine Only three blocks from the fabulous Ocean City boardwalk. 'Bike the Boards' every morning. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge.The Trolley does not run after Labor Day, and not as frequently in June. There is a safe and secure area to keep bikes and beach equipment behind the fence. There is a wash off area on side of the house.

Our property has 4 private parking spaces. If you have rented in Ocean City before you know how difficult it is to find off-street parking. This is just one of the many perks of this delightful beachfront. Wi-Fi is available. Also, three T.V's Gambling in Atlantic City is 20 minutes away. Ocean City is known as the world's greatest family resort Our property is located on Wesley Avenue which is known as the GOLDCOAST area of Ocean City. Check-in time is 1:30 PM and checkout is 9:30 AM no need to stop and pick up keys the door will be open and the apartment will be ready for you.We are located directly on the beach. One of a few beachfront properties that you can actually walk directly onto the beach. We supply 5 beach chairs,5 beach tags, and a beach umbrella. Ocean City trolley stops at the corner (in season). Plenty of restaurants in Ocean City, including on the boardwalk. Also many restaurants off-Island.

Quiet, Spacious and Comfortable on the Gold Coast

We loved our stay at OCNJ. I preferred to be away from the boardwalk so this was an ideal location. Beach was a short walk which made it easy to manage with two small children (4 and 2). Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Good restaurants close by and grocery store isn't far.

Ocean side fun!

My family and I rented this home for a long weekend at the end of the season and really enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was my wife and I along with our 3 kid (17,21 and 23) and one daughter-in-law. We were also joined by 2 other family members for both nights - so our total in the house was 8, and we were very comfortable. Our first attempt to get down to Ocean City was actually on Labor Day weekend and our plans were spoiled by "Hurricane" Hermine. Of course, the storm never really happened but we didn't want to take any chances. The owner (Maureen) was very accommodating and just moved us to another weekend without any hesitation.

The home is spacious, clean and, most importantly, right on the beach! It is just a short walk out the back door to one of the best beaches we have visited along the NJ coast. The boardwalk is only about 4-5 blocks away and we enjoyed riding our bikes or even walking there during our stay. A really excellent location!!!

I would absolutely recommend this property - and hope to go back for another, longer stay in 2017!

Perfect Location

My family spent a wonderful 5 days is this beautiful home. The location could not be any better just steps to the beautiful beach. We stayed on a holiday week and the beach was never overcrowded. This home is in the perfect location. The owner Maureen was a pleasure to speak with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I have rented in OCNJ my whole adult life and I have been renting this property since 2012. I keep coming back to this property because the home is very comfortable to live in, so convenient to the beach and has 4 off street parking spots. I also like the fact that it has 2 master bedrooms/baths and with grandchildren, the fence in yard is a bonus.The owner, Maureen, always makes you feel welcomed. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone seeking a vacation home in OCNJ.

I will accept credit cards but there is a 3% fee payable by the tenant If you have a pay Pal account you can pay me through Pay Pal. Sorry we cannot return deposits or any part of the rental fee. Our policy is to put the time period back on the market for the same rate. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the total amount of your deposit as we may have to reduce the time slot. The closer the cancellation is to the check in date the less likely we will be able to get the full price.
