The house is located on the seafront, 50 m from the Arenal beach.

This very well equipped, is all new and has everything you need to spend a great vacation.

The exterior of the house has 350 m2 where we have the private pool of 8 m x 3 m shallow from 1 m to 1.20 m maximum, ideal for children and the elderly.

In the front there is a covered terrace with a large table, 6 armchairs and two sunbeds for sunbathing, the back part in the garden area there is a wooden platform with a large iron table with 4 rocking chairs + 4 additional chairs, to enjoy in the mornings some great breakfasts in the shady outdoor garden, it is a quiet and very pleasant area.

The house has an outdoor parking area for two cars inside the property right next to the pool, plus there is secure parking available on the street in front of the house all season.

The interior layout is composed: on the ground floor, living room with a large 42p television and cheslong type sofa that can be converted into a bed for two, the very complete independent kitchen and a toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two large with a double bed and the third room with a bunk bed with 2 single beds.

A large upper terrace with exit of the two rooms with double bed, plus 1 full bathroom with large shower with a seat for showering sitting if desired.

The house has free wifi Internet during the months of June, July, August and September, if you want this service in other months, ask the property possibility.

The beds will be made for you upon arrival.

The house has a free folding baby crib.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, freundliches Vermieterpaar

Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt.

Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Die Angaben in der Fewo Ausschreibung stimmen bis auf die Bäder. Hier ist nur ein Bad und eine separate Toilette vorhanden. Der Pool ist perfekt als Ergänzung zum Meer.

Das Objekt kann ich nur empfehlen.

séjour fort agréable

Nous avons été ravis de passer nos vacances dans cette villa.

Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Nous avons juste eu un souci avec la wifi qui se déconnectait souvent et nous avons pas réussi à trouver les chaînes françaises mais des vacances sans télé nous convenaient parfaitement.

Il manque juste quelques petits détails (pas assez de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine et plus de bain de soleil) pour que cette villa soit parfaite.

Le propriétaire est charmant, disponible, serviable et honnête.

L'effort de ma femme et le mien est toujours que tout le monde qui visite notre propriété a les meilleures installations possibles dans vos vacances. Excellent !!!!!

Nous étions un petit groupe d'amis ( 4 personnes ) et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison de vacances . Tout est exactement comme sur les photos . Tout était propres , des linges de bain sont a disposition tout est très bien équipé ( lave-vaisselle , lave-linge , télé ( avec chaînes française , wifi qui marche a merveille , très belle terrasse devant et derrière la maison , deux place de parking dans la résidence et à l'extérieur aussi , plage a deux pas , restaurant et magasin de souvenir tout près . Le propriétaire est génial , Très sympa et très honnête . N'hésitez pas vous ne serrer pas déçu . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

The house is located in front of the beach 50 meters from the water.

The center of the village is at a distance of approximately 950 mtrs.

This distance is covered in 15/20 minutes by taking a walk from the house along the new promenade that goes along the coast reaching the town center, fishing port, where supermarkets are located, restaurant bars ice cream parlors and other services.

L'ampolla is a town where you can do all kinds of sports and recreational activities, golf, fishing, diving, cycling, hiking.

It is located next to the Delta del Ebro natural park, where you can see lots of birds and natural landscapes. But the most attractive part of this town is that it maintains the traditional atmosphere of a quiet fishing village, offering excellent cuisine in its bars and restaurants, specializing in seafood and rice dishes.
